i feel for the guy who was wrongly accused and spent 20 long years in prison for a crime he did not commit when he was 16. You see his family in the back who haven't forgot about him and it makes me think at least that when he was last free, they were all just kids and their parents were around the same age he was as he's being freed when he got locked up. Now they're all adults and he's finally coming back having missed a big chunk of life. Hope that man is able to find some fulfillment in after having lost all that lost time.

What is interesting is to see here is not only their emotional responses but also their extreme neurological responses. Often people who are capable of killing, psychopaths and sociopaths have a low resting heart rate and a calmer neurological system, not a "dead" neurological system but almost in a way. So these people who are shaking and crying and who are in some kind of neurological shock are most likely innocent unless it was a crime done in passion..You will never see a serial killer with this kind of response

Kyle should've NEVER been charged. Period. It was CLEARLY self defense from the jump.
He showed clear signs of PTSD during his testimony on the stand. Anyone who says he was faking that has no true understanding of mental health or PTSD. There are some things you can't fake and Kyle did those things you really can't fake.
I've had clients with PTSD. It was very much the reaction of a person experiencing post traumatic stress after fearing for his life and having to take 2 lives to protect his own. No 17 year old walks away from that experience without mental health issues.
