I met people convicted of murder in jail, and one thing that always surprises people when they asked about them was how murderers were usually very “nice”. It creeped other guys out, but oddly enough a lot of them (not all) were polite, quiet, and chill.
I think it's a comforting thought that we tell ourselves (and media produces) that anyone capable of murder is a sadistic, overly animalistic, loud and obnoxious uncontrollable person. But the truth is that anyone, and I mean _anyone_, is capable of it under the right circumstances and if they feel absolutely justified in their actions then they likely won't feel much remorse about it. Even the sweetest little granny you can imagine. Now, that's not to say that everyone is capable of becoming an outright vicious monster towards everyone. But very few people are, and that's more of a trope we convince ourselves of. Most killers aren't monsters, they are humans who succumbed to the very human emotion of extreme passion and made a bad decision in the heat of the moment. If you learn in-depth about the |-|it|er Youth then you'll see that the /vast/ majority of people are capable of what they deem to be justice.
It's a very rare case that someone grew up in that environment and didn't agree to do it.
We as homo sapiens are great apes, albeit hairless ones, but society plays a much larger part in our morals than we would ever think on first consideration.
@@intelstruggle8203 I agree with your sentiment that anyone is capable of murder, and yes society is preconditioned to assume they’re raving monsters. But in reality they’re just people. But when I was referring to murderers I met personally, I more or so was referring to those diagnosed as sociopaths/psychopaths. Those who crimes were premeditated and egregious.

@@deborah3912 exactly! How can he be soooo sure reincarnation is real? I just can't with this 🤦🏼♀️
@Jessica it's no different than believing in a sky God that can send you to eternal torment.
He's read the chapters of life all wrong if he believes he will be reincarnated after his death. It is appointed for man to die once and after which the judgement. Begging the judge to give him the death penalty was him attempting to control the narrative of what he feared all along. I'm not from the US and don't believe in the death penalty but an eternity of torment outside of the presence of God is a punishment worse than death itself. God help us all.
@@sugarsore I'll pray for you 🙏
Death isn’t always the best sentence. Your time will be comfortable. He said it himself.
so true. death is freedom. I wish we could implement medieval justice for these kind of criminals.
That’s why he wants comfort this is selfish screw that. Then when that comes he going to try to stop that uthenize him now he got better things to do with his time selfish evil man
@@vishaljal Then go live like one, gimpy
I love how the judge tries to get the last word, but Lorenzo says his soul is fine!! Classic 😂😂😂😂
judge is definitely seething
😂
You’re not coming back Dude.
We all will find it out 😀
who wants to come back here?? This world is evil
I mean look at Richard Ramirez he said “he will be avenged Lucifer dwells within us all”and he was reincarnated in the uvalde shooter Salvador Ramos both Mexican American both grew up in Texas
Yeah , "you know."
@@now-you_See_me Unless death is non-existence, in which case we all WON'T find out (we'd need to exist - to be alive - in order to find out).
I need to know more about the toy car calmly sitting at the learned judge's bench.
The way he gave it to him in Italian was cold 🥶
Judge gave him the easy way out by giving him what he wanted. He gets to be comfy for more years and he knew that. Probably knows he'll be gone before 20 years of appeal end
Its amazing how a murderer still wins the judge gave him exactly what he wanted, and all he had to say was thank you.
Thats not exactly what happened. This outcome was inevitable, him “wanting” it was nothing more than a fabrication he came up with to give off the illusion of control when in reality he had none.
@@HouseTre007still got it so 😂
Sorry no it was a trick. Why would he appeal if he wanted the death penalty. He played himself
@@lifedeatherthen why is he appealing if he got what he wanted?
If he truly wanted death penalty he wouldn’t have had an appeal already ready to go
It’s insanely weird looking at a man ask for death like this. Humans can be really sad and their actions
The sad thing is.. this man really meant every.. word.. he.. said! 🙏
Not really, if he actually believes he will be reborn as a human then his actions make sense.
Not really. His choice is between having better accommodations and probably (if he even lives that long) being executed when he's 70/75. Versus worse conditions and probably dying in the same amount of time anyway. It's actually a great choice, as crazy as he is.
@@user-nh3gu1ge3d well we will find the answer to that very soon. If he doesn’t appeal the sentence then he could be executed as soon as 6 months. If he does appeal they could immediately commute his sentence back down to life. I’d he really wants to die like he claims he does then he won’t appeal and he will be gone this time next year
Death penalty is better than waiting to die
7:15 if this dude wanted the death penalty as bad as he claims, why did he already prepare an appeal? You want death that bad, why appeal it?
Most death penalty cases are an automatic appeal. The condemned has no choice.
Auto appeal. In most countries (and in most US states) appeal is mandatory. So I guess he has prepared it in advance, so the process could start immediately: the state will consider it and decline the appeal faster. Sometimes the appeal might delay the capital punishment for years, which is obviously not what the dude wants.
@@ComradeStrogg Thanks. Got it.
@@mylifewithearl6948 Got it.
This is nothing other than complete narcissism. He had to get his way knowing he would get the death penalty, but had to make it seem like he got the upper hand when begging for it. Disgusting
@@stevenbeck His word are extremely polite compared to you. You are so rude and look like uneducated
Yup
He walkt away with a smile on his face, like he won the Lotto...
7:43 the attorney wiping his hand after handshaking him was so funny to me
He wanted the death penalty but once the judge gave him that his lawyer informed him that the dude had already filed out and was prepared to file an appeal against it 😂
I could watch this judge all day.
