We can learn something from the Japanese their Death sentence is psychological, you can go from court straight to the death chamber no date is ever given , sometimes they will take you from your cell strap you in and take you back out to your cell.
It's not right that the killers get to sit on death row for 20yrs, using the system to launch their legal appeals. The victims didn't have that privilege. This situation is not only an oxymoron, but it should be used as an example to get the law changed. I suggest getting it changed to a points based system. Once the death penalty is sentenced, then a checklist made up to award points for expedition. Along with that, an improvement in evidence collection, dna, recording devices, we now get more accuracy with the investigation and legal system, there should be less needs for appeals.
Me and my siblings have had one of the worst upbringings and we have never thought about taking anyone's life or hurting anyone. It's all about our OWN choices in life. May the victims rip.

Usually murder cases take YEARS and that is normal, EVERYONE has the RIGHT TO A FAST AND SPEEDY TRIAL WITHIN 120 days BUT MANY ppl waive their right to the 120 days so they have longer to prepare & the longer it is before trial- ppls memory aren’t as good and there could be reasons ppl that testify against you are not deemed reliable anymore, they could have lost their life (ppl usually associate with ppl like them) & co-defendants- the likelihood of something happening that make it to where they can’t testify against them anymore many things can happen in the years before trial happens. When death penalty is on the table, they have to make sure they have enough time to prepare for trial and that they do it properly so they hopefully they can’t win any appeals they try to do, if you have a public defender- they have SOO many cases and there many that are qualified to work on cases with death penalty if convicted
Perhaps read the case file before making false assumptions. He committed the murders in 2017. He was sentenced to death in 2019 by a jury. That is less than 2 years. He was dead long before that sentence was passed, there was no humanity left within those eyes just an empty hollow shell shaped in the image of a man.

(extremely calm looking on the outside but you can see his veins popping and his jaw clenching. He's trying his best to hold it together) Psychotic is when you can't distinguish reality from fiction. This dude lives in his own little bubble. He thinks he can appeal this and win. Me? I want to see when he breaks up like the little B being strapped on the chair. Understanding he's about to really answer for all that sh to himself. In resume psychopaths are stuck in a vicious circle of mistrust in others and selective memory. They cannot conceive they did wrong or that others will have compassion for them. Which makes them extremely cruel and remorseless. Even if they say sorry, they know its just for you to hear. Add to that a childhood trauma and boom you got yourself a psychotic. That childhood trauma permits the subject to commit action from fantasy to reality. "It's possible and it happens". Without that childhood Trauma or Post-partum type chemical unbalancing, the fantasy remains a fantasy in the fictive world. But once Psychotic episodes appear, that fiction becomes reality and the fantasy becomes real. Because after all, it was real when "it" happened to them. So monsters do exist. Don't be fooled tho, most Psychopaths are also good thiefs, good liars and extremely good actors. Just like this dude who thinks if he doesn't break like a B he won't look suspicious. LOL. I see right thru you little syko. Just like my Ex who used to get woke up by our crying baby daughter in the middle of the night, only to come punch me in the face as I hold my baby covered in puke because I'm not apologetic about it. It's those bi-polar type episodes they get. Entitled to satisfaction, no matter how deranged and vicious it will be. And they won't even feel bad about it. Even after the episode. What they remember is "you pissed me off" and "I showed you". It is also noticeable that narcissistic psychopaths, will often not harm their child as it is a prolongation of themselves. They will also have a short compassion for child victims before refusing that status and going back to normal daily operation mode. Probably what saved the kid but also greatly extended the chances of the story repeating itself later down the line. Personally I don't believe psychopaths have a condition. I think it's their ego that has taken over their soul. It's darkness in there not light. The childhood trauma or psychotic episodes just helped them justify it in their heads. That's why we are seeing more and more psychopaths in our societies of individualism and egocentric behaviours. Narcissistic and completely lacking self-esteem. A dangerous combo for the rest of us. They don't even feel they are worthy yet still worth more than you! LOL

They should make a law that when a murderer is sentenced to death his organs be donated without consent, they took a human life, they should be forced to save some lives with their organs.
This is a really good idea. How would you properly kill them and save all/as many organs as possible, hanging? I would assume lethal injection would obviously not work, and electrocution is obviously out of the question.

The rest of the time was the defendant filing a bunch of motions for appeal, motions for a new trial, motions for prosecutorial misconduct, motions for continuances, etc.
He was dead long before that sentence was passed, there was no humanity left within those eyes just an empty hollow shell shaped in the image of a man.
ok doctor whatever
A lil cliche but I’m with it lol
@@joeantonelli5533 lol!
Well said..
Look at Bill Shakespeare ova heeya.
Judge: You've been sentenced to death
Defendant: But the court fees...
He just wanted to sort out the details as to not have bad credit later 😂 in case he wants to get a loan on a car
Court costs will actually come off of his commissary so that further affects the inmates standard of living

Thank you for caring. I'm not so sure I saw any feelings at all, including resentment. You may be right about it towards the end, but, in meantime, all I saw was an impatience to get it all behind him. As if he had better things to do that day. Maybe I'm just jaded by the overall coldness of some people.
That was @Dogsgrove Blu, by the way.
@Dennis Thomas. I am sorry that I do not understand your premise. I know of all of which you speak. But, what does that really have to do with murdering two innocent people today? Who is appeased by that? History is what it is and today is what we make it.
It’s gotta feel good being a judge in a case like this. Let him have it good
Dang, even his ghost is going to be doing some time...

YEP! look at his face - he has no guilt. Regardless of his poor upbringing - everyone has a chance to make a change and break the chain!
Of course not, he doesn't "need" a lawyer. Nuff sed.
His lack of remorse doesn't say anything. Sociopaths and psychopaths are neurologically unable to feel remorse, no matter what they do. There are many convicted murderers who don't show any sign of remorse and even smile and giggle while they describe how they killed.
@@rogerdeese2491 So wonderful living in a society that breeds people like McAlpin and makes the weapons so easily attainable for them to commit their crimes.
He sits there like this whole matter is one big inconvenience.
From his psych eval, it would seem he’s somewhat sociopathic. They’re not big on emotion.
David Martin how these people are, who are you referring too?
It is inconvenient.
@John Doe istg people like him give blm a bad name
friggin arrogant prick, not the tiniest bit sorry. with these kinds of aholes, I wish we were in the Middle Ages to give him some proper torture treatment to elicit a bit of the emotion he didn't have for the victims and their families. an injection is too good for him.
See that vacant look in his eyes? I rest my case.
Well miss lady I wonder where he lost his happiness that is usually on the face of a child. I feel sad that we live to see blood, him or us it's easy to hate him now, cause he wouldn't have been given chances pretty white ladies get.
What case? You cant discern guilt based on a “look”. Theres evidence that proves he was guilty. Gtfoh with that shit
You're a bit incorrect
Dead eyes like a shark.
Sandra Fisher Or like a crocodile sizing up his prey.
This guy is SCARY looking. HE has absolutely NO remorse.
They are so many people like him living among us
Yes, and many of them are in top leadership positions in our society. Their lust for power and greed is being satisfied there. If their cards had not landed right, they could be in the shoes of that defendant.

The execution should be carried the minute the sentence is given when there's no reasonable doubt.

If we didn't send our uneducated youth to war or over spend on defense budgets my taxes would go down PROMISE.

😂😂 sometimes being laid back is the best option in situations
Same.
cos he is a moron lol
He went in that day knowing the outcome. This was a formality. He has had time to process it. He also knows he has plenty of time to fight it. Seems like he is already doing so. He probably wont become and old man but he has time left.
the lawyers tell them not to show certain emotions
The fact that he's not holding his head in shame speaks volumes.
It does??. You think you would like to appear focused and attentive to show you care and are paying attention
For those keeping score, that's death x 2 + 62 years.
If by some miracle BOTH murder convictions are overturned, he'll still die in prison.
So hell die in prison either way
The judge was very thorough
Killed two people and altered the family's life for nothin'.
And there dog.
It's scary to look in his eyes absolutely nothing there...no remorse either.
Yeah he is absolutely relax, like if he did not do anything...
There's no intelligence there either im sure he speaks so eloquently.
@@shortkutt4965 you should watch his other video then his vocabulary is well-put
100% psychopath (0 remorse, 0 empathy they are incapable of it, doesn't mean psychotic, my ex- was a psychopath, learned how to behave like others to blend in but you can always tell something is way off in terms of empathy and humanity of being imperfect (they can't accept it because they feel no empathy for others therefor others cannot feel empathy for them, right? they are often narcissistic because they think they are smarter for they only pretend to be someone with people, the real them is above all this ), looks psychotic too from the micro-expressions on sentencing.
LOL
soulless
What a great prosecutor. Thank God for a wise and an exceptional communicator in this legal system
This guy most likely will have 15 years in a private cell with a television before he is even executed. He should have hard labor until his execution.
no hard work, no food, he should not get any luxuries in prison, a cell and a bed only, perhaps that pos would starve to death.
DONT waste anyone time get rid of him fast...
Time don't waste us the taxpsyers dollars.
The entitlement is unreal. This guy is really something.
Agree he came across as an arrogant guy ..and that smile ...like he should have any rights after this crime...plus his family came forward that they need him...had kids and grandkids that need him...well like he cared about them one bit....death is toooo easy and takes too long.one bullet and its over...he should have no rights to appeal this case ...so much evidence ....fingerprints, cameras and witnesses

@Alexander Morales every action we take as an adult is choice, no excuses for passing our demons on to another, being tough on the streets is just cowardice of another kind, true strength is in the mind, imagine if crime was forgiven just because you had some excuse of past trauma , only one harbouring guilt would agree with that view, this guy deserved his fate, end of.
