I have quit caffeine for like 13 days and let me tell man; my energy level throughout the day is constant, i feel motivated most of the time where else i needed caffeine to feel motivated perviously, Alhamdulillah i read ton of books now and i don't need coffee to focus, Alhamdulillah my sleep quality has improved and i think that is the reason that i feel energetic all the time. There is no CRASH like caffeine. The only bummer is the morning workouts. People remember this at the end of the day IT IS A DRUG.
