    Thank you for doing this hormonal series. It's really helping me on my journey to get out of a terrible anxiety problem I've had for 8 months. I never had anxiety until after 2 kids and turning 42. I've been plant based a long time but leaned on junk food a bit too much. Movement (running and yoga of various forms) and cleaning up my diet have had the most impact. I'm very interested in the rebounder. Please share which rebounder you end up purchasing if you get a new one!

      I have this anxiety problem as well after having kid...started after I had my first!! Was scared but still had another.

    Ali, what would you recommend for sleep problems during menopause? I fall asleep easily, but have a hard time sleeping through the night. I wake up at least 2 times every night, sometimes even more, and have a problem falling back asleep.

    I didn't know progesterone helps to build bone. I have been taking progesterone pills 100mg from my GYN. Interesting video. How can I get abs like you? :))
