I love doing this workout. I do it 3 to 4 times a day. It gets me going at 4:30am 9:00am 2:00pm and before I go to bed. My sister started doing it. She lives in San Antonio and I live in Southern California, and she loves it. I can't imagine not doing your exercises. I feel so good afterwards. Thanks again! 😊

Your videos are excellent! It is validating at 82 that I am able to do most of these. Some of the new moves will easily be mastered by the end of a week. It’s a goal!! My cat, who looks exactly like Mochi was lying on his back on the counter while I did this video! He definitely thought I was working too hard!

I found and tried this 'workout' for the first time today. Fantastic! The first workout that I have been able to do and not feel like I have to stop half way through or collapse at the end. It was gentle and am 67 years old, and for someone who has done no exercise and sits in front of a computer all day it was amazing. I felt so good afterwards and will do it again later today and then build up from there. I am so looking forward to doing your 7 day challenge on this an moving on to other of your workouts after that.

I tried this one for the first time on Friday to start off a longer workout and again today when I finally began your 7 Day Intermediate Challenge. Great way to start the day! I can honestly say that since I discovered your videos, my spinal fractures have felt as if they have really benefited from your thoughtful regime. Happy new year! I have used your exercise videos frequently over the past year. They've been a great help in recouperating after a difficult surgery. The last few weeks have been happily hectic and I missed out on my routine, but I jumped back in today and I really like this video! Thank you both for such do-able exercises! It's very encouraging to exercise along with you both.
I’ve only been doing a couple of your videos for a few days. But I look forward to them. For me to look forward to exercise is a miracle. I used to go to the doctor and the nurse would ask “How often do you exercise?” Unless it was summer and I was doing yard work I’d say “not much”. Next time I’ll say 6 times a week. And if I can’t stand NOT doing one of the videos I can proudly say 7 times a week. I’m so thrilled I found you, April. You don’t make comments that make me feel like I’m not doing enough, I’m not good enough. Love your sweet Momma too. Thank you for these gifts. 😊

This is great because I've been seeing this new walking fitness trend which I want to do, but I currently have to do chair exercise because I can't put any weight on my feet, so I like how you're incorporating chair into this.

Thank you SO much for this 10 minute walking workout. It couldn't have come at a better time for me. I was involved in a bad car crash a little over 2 weeks ago and was told to ease into my former routine, which was working out with you two lovely ladies for 30 minutes a day. I have missed my daily workouts very much so when this little video popped up in my notifications, I decided to give it a try. It was just enough to make my body feel good again without overdoing it. Love that each move was different. Makes the ten minutes fly by even faster. Thank you for showing seating and standing options in your videos as it enables sharing them with more friends and family who are at different fitness levels. The shorter sessions are great motivators. Kind of like potato chips: you can't just have one!

Found your channel and am thoroughly enjoying the routine. I tried chair yoga for seniors and failed. Shall do this routine for 7 days and the move on to the 20 mins. At 75 years old and quite fit these routines will help keep me on a healthy road. Thank you.

Just did this one, this was great!! I tried a 30 day trial on another company that had daily 8-10 mins walking videos that I really enjoyed, but I still found I came back to yes2next all the time. I love doing this workout. I do it 3 to 4 times a day. It gets me going at 4:30am 9:00am 2:00pm and before I go to bed. My sister started doing it. She lives in San Antonio and I live in Southern California, and she loves it. I can't imagine not doing your exercises. I feel so good afterwards. Thanks again! 😊

I found and tried this 'workout' for the first time today. Fantastic! The first workout that I have been able to do and not feel like I have to stop half way through or collapse at the end. It was gentle and am 67 years old, and for someone who has done no exercise and sits in front of a computer all day it was amazing. I felt so good afterwards and will do it again later today and then build up from there. I am so looking forward to doing your 7 day challenge on this an moving on to other of your workouts after that.

I often exercise standing but really it doesn't matter, vertical or sitting, they are superbly rewarding to do.

Happy new year! I have used your exercise videos frequently over the past year. They've been a great help in recouperating after a difficult surgery. The last few weeks have been happily hectic and I missed out on my routine, but I jumped back in today and I really like this video! Thank you both for such do-able exercises! It's very encouraging to exercise along with you both.
I’ve only been doing a couple of your videos for a few days. But I look forward to them. For me to look forward to exercise is a miracle.
I used to go to the doctor and the nurse would ask “How often do you exercise?” Unless it was summer and I was doing yard work I’d say “not much”.
Next time I’ll say 6 times a week. And if I can’t stand NOT doing one of the videos I can proudly say 7 times a week.

Did this workout for the first time today. I thought I had pretty good balance but now I see I have room for improvement. Love your channel. My partner used to just watch me but now she’s committed to work out with me at least on the weekends.

This is great because I've been seeing this new walking fitness trend which I want to do, but I currently have to do chair exercise because I can't put any weight on my feet, so I like how you're incorporating chair into this.

I was involved in a bad car crash a little over 2 weeks ago and was told to ease into my former routine, which was working out with you two lovely ladies for 30 minutes a day. I have missed my daily workouts very much so when this little video popped up in my notifications, I decided to give it a try. It was just enough to make my body feel good again without overdoing it. Love that each move was different. Makes the ten minutes fly by even faster. The shorter sessions are great motivators. Kind of like potato chips: you can't just have one!

Just did this one, this was great!! I tried a 30 day trial on another company that had daily 8-10 mins walking videos that I really enjoyed, but I still found I came back to yes2next all the time.
