I've been adding weights to a few of your workouts over the last several months so this workout was right up my alley. I also "jump rope" instead of walking in between the moves. Like fake jump rope. 😁 Keeps the heart rate in a good fat burning zone for me personally. Thank for continuing to post videos on YT. I appreciate it. 😊
Talk about a quick, effective, full body workout...this is it! Since I'm new with coach Rick, I have been doing several different workouts by him and I am loving them all. I make sure to intentionally focus on my body and each move as I focus on coach Rick. The time seems to fly by because the workouts are so good and effective. Again, thanks Rick!

I would love to see a 3000 step walk (including butt kicks, leg lifts, punches, variety of moves) combining at the end this arms with weights video for 10 min for a total of 4500 steps. Would be an amazing 45 min workout. Thanks @get fit with Rick

Wow that was a totally new level.Rick. Managed all of it with 2kg weights. Heart rate 131 at the end - i'm 75 !!!! Heart rate back down to 83 one minute after finish so that is ok. Thanks as always Rick & looking forward to the next Christmas workout & hopefully we'll see your gorgeous family 🌲🧑🏻🎄

I have been doing the first walk and tone routine a couple times a week. I’m excited to have another one to work into the schedule. My arms were wobbly after this one. 👍👍
