I was a victim of a one-punch attack and car accident on the same night. It's been 26 years suffering from upper cervical instability/post-concussion syndrome. This video has given me hope to get back into hyperarch fascia training. I started 6 months ago, but we had a baby and I started going backwards with symptoms. I got back into feet fascia and started feeling really good, but then Christmas came, which was the anniversary of the one-punch attack. The next day I got really sick (I never get sick) and then experienced a massive vertigo attack. I've been chronically fatigued a lot since then, but that's pretty normal for me. I honestly don't know how my body has held on in this chronic state for just over a quarter of a century.
