Could u do a video on exercises or advices for a partial tear on the ACL because I'm not going to do the surgery because it's not good in a 15 years old and the doctor said to strengthen my quads and hamstrings
You can do the basics once you are cleared by doctor. but everyone is different so without understanding of your situation it’s not possible to provide advices
I was doing elevated towel curls but I noticed my medial malleolus tibia coming out of my right foot is this a problem?i don't feel any pain. i would appreciate if you reply
Hey coach can you still do fasica training while sitting down e.g doing roll plantar or towel curls thanks
You can but not ideal
@@HyperarchFasciaTraining Can you please tell me if horse stance qigong builds fascia?

Hey coach what are the benefits to getting ab connection casue I have the glute connection but I don’t have the ab connection yet what do I have to look forward to
I am an athlete btw
More power and stability
Hey coach. Should you feel the glute burn on the standing leg or the leg doing the curls?
It's possible but your weight distribution should be on the curling leg.
@@HyperarchFasciaTraining oh okay cause i just started and my glute on my standing legs are on fire and i thought that was a good thing. So it should be on the standing leg?
@@loshi9440 Hey bro, Let me simplify things.
1. You need to strengthen your feet and wake them up.
(any variation of toe curls/squeezes + gain the ability to move your toes in weird ways, individually, curling one at a time etc) - Never overdo, stop if you feel pain!
2. Lock your ankles when you run, play sports etc, this will take a while to build up to, so start with side to side jumps, focusing on keeping your ankles tensed and locked. You should see a tendon pop up on your lower shi when you activate the ankle lock.
3. Play many different sports and engage in many different types of movement, this will help you in your main sport as it will promote full body fascial health.
4. Stop weight training if you can.
@@nelwalsh6650 appreciate it mate
How do you feel your glutes in the towel curls? Is this a key to athleticism?
Put majority of bodyweight on the ball of foot
Nice video, hey so im quad dominant in one side and glute dominant in the other how do i train without losing out on the glutes dominat side training?
Book an assessment and find out
Just keep doing the toe exercises,
Lock your ankles when you play sports
Engage in a wide variety of movement
And everything will fall in place.
Every single step is crucial, good luck bro
@@nelwalsh6650 the basic 3?, are there any more you do?
