      Please coach tell me what exercises to do for fascia as a footballer and please tell are cone drills good.... And please reply how many times a week should we do fascia training and how many minutes a day please

    Hi, what is more effective for breaking fascia adhesions (mainly for cellulite) - scraping tool or fascia blaster? and are they better for this task than tennis ball/HFT? Thank you 🙏

    Im doing hft exercise from from 6+ month but i dont feel glute when i play football but i feel glute when i do hft i dont know i became facial driven or not please reply 😢😢😢

      Keep at it and know that you're more protected from injury so you now have the opportunity to play and practice harder. Might be why you not feeling it in the glutes, you might not be pushing your self enough when you play.

      Around the 2:00 mark me mentioned signs of fascial driven athles in the feet check you have it and let me know.

    hello, how old do you have to be to train your fascia?

      You are already training your fascia when you were younger. We have kids as young as 8 years old doing HFT with private coaching.
