I love this video, my 12yr old is having pain in her shins or just under her knees. She runs in soccer and is really fast but I see that she runs more flat footed than on her ball of her foot like Mpappe say for example. I think she she maybe needs to strengthen her fascia.. thanks for this wonderful video.
The exercises here seem to be working on the lower limbs. But my bad fascia is in the whole of my left upper back including the neck, shoulder, chest, upper back and underarm. Are there different exercises for the upper body?
About the marble exercises, why not just sit and watch a movie while holding the marble in your 2nd toe? How is the marble foot movement on that leg, connected to the other supporting leg. It seems like 2 different exercises happening at the same time. Whereas the toe curls need the toes to connect to the same leg glute.
So glad I came across your training! I have had a few pretty sever ankle sprains and I don't think my feet/ankles have ever fully recovered. I have limited toe curling in my left foot and I can feel the weakness in my toes/foot when I try to grasp the marbles to do the leg swings. Will these exercises help with this? I also can not bend my toes backward, which it sounds like it might be a tendon/retinacula sheath issue?
Is it possible to have different fascia connection with your right foot and your left foot? Because when i tried these exercises i felt my glutes a little bit faster when i used my right foot.
when you are doing the toe towel curls, how should the weight distribution be on the legs? 50 50 or less/ more weight on the foot that is doing the exercise? and thank you for the video, the exercises have already helped fell better in just a couple days
@theraf Coach explains you can do the elevated towel curls daily , but make sure you get a good 1-3 sessions a week with at least one day of rest in between. Hope this helps, God bless you and yours 🙏🏾
@@HyperarchFasciaTraining I have a goal to be glute dominant so be better at football.. my toes also bent perfectly all together should I do something more ?
Thank you first Chong for sharing your fantastic technique ! About small muscles not causing pain i kinda disagree. If you ever had an elbow tendinitis you 'd realize small muscle like extensor carpi can cause acute pain and prevent you from doing pull ups and other functional movements.
@@HyperarchFasciaTraining I totally agree with you on that. My point was that small muscles can sometime also be extremely painful but maybe I misunderstood you, I understood you were talking about smaller muscles among others in the body and not small muscles (underdeveloped).

I m very grateful to all of you supporting this work, elite athletes are built differently from the feet! let's get fascia driven and take over
In the second exercise I'm feeling in my glute of standing leg am i doing right?
And should i swing my leg fast in 2 nd exercise
Thanks Coach Chong! What's the frequency of which I should do each exercise? How long should I perform each one? Thank you in advance!

Do these exercises help with achilles tendonitis?
Coach! Thank you for all you videos and wisdom! Can you help those of us who have Turf Toe figure out a way to heal it? Thanks 🙏👊
It depends on the condition, it's better to book assessment if you need result.
Can I use something else in place of the marble
Could you upload more videos on actual fascial exercises
Keep tuning in
Should you do fascia training before or after a work out and how often?
Will we be able to develop a decent/good level of fascia if we do these basic exercises consistently or are more advanced exercises needed ?
Depends on your fascia fitness, it certainly could yes

Thank you sir.

There is a particular exercise, creating the figure 8 with the foot. I can't seem to find it on your channel anymore?

How many sets and reps for the first excerise?
good to have them all together
I wonder how training the feet influences things like shoulder pain/tight t spine
First exercise i only felt in my feet. How do I make glutes work?
That means your fascia is not in optimal health. Do it more and train it.
How many sets and reps?
3min
Will this help me jump higher. When i jump, my glutes are engaged so do i even need this
Yes!
How many time?
when you are doing the toe towel curls, how should the weight distribution be on the legs?
50 50 or less/ more weight on the foot that is doing the exercise?
and thank you for the video, the exercises have already helped fell better in just a couple days
Thank you thousand times
What’s the answer?

how many reps and sets?
Do we have fascia for different parts of the body coach?
Holistic
Do you know that fascia is holistic
Do you do the gait cycle with marbles?
Thanks

should the last exercise at maximum speed be done? Please answer 😀
It's answered in the shorts on the channel. Must watch
So movement is key . Right!
Can I do all 3 everyday? If not which of these can I do everyday and which would benefits from a recovery/rest day?

What is a marble?
glass marbles.
@@HyperarchFasciaTraining so it's just a small ball?
@@robinhjelm7399 Ask at a toy store to games store. They will be able to show you. Little round glass balls
Whats the duration of each exercise?
If I feel it in my calf is that good or bad ?
normal, as some calf muscles are involved in the foot curl too.
In love with your calves ❤❤❤
How much time does each fascia exercise require??
2-5min it's in the video instruction
Thank you coach, you're a life saver
facts on facts on facts
Should I do these excersizes even though I have control over both of my joints in the toe
Depends on what goal you have for yourself.
@@HyperarchFasciaTraining I have a goal to be glute dominant so be better at football.. my toes also bent perfectly all together should I do something more ?
I am double jointed so my toes naturally bend like that. How can I do the excercise then
Not sure what you are asking.
@@HyperarchFasciaTraining when i bend my toes to do the excercise they come in too much
@@tatetraits9829 that means you already have the functionality to curl your toes so just keep doing it and eventually you will feel your glutes

Is there any harm if we add this routine with regular stretching routine
It depends on your fascia fitness level.
