  • After winning a bikini contest, in Perth Cheryl Rixon was cast in the 1975 Ozploitation movie Plugg, where she was described in ads as being "sexsational". That led to a contract with Crawford Productions, and roles in cop drama Homicide alongside such actors as Jacki Weaver. She was then cast as Angela O'Malley in one of TV's hottest shows, The Box. After an outrageous episode set in a nudist camp, which showed male and female full frontal nudity on free to air TV, Cheryl left Australia for Hollywood. She appeared in the movies Swap Meet and Used Cars, and did centrefolds for Penthouse magazine which led to her becoming Pet of the Year. After becoming friends with stars like Elton John and Freddie Mercury, she began to design rock n' roll jewellery. Today, she continues to work with Paul Stanley making exclusive merchandise for fans onboard KISS cruises. What an incredible career!

I always giggle when "Cheryl Rixon" and "actress" are used in the same sentence.
