I generally never comment but I had to .. I have been having high BP readings, and that stresses more causing higher readings again .. I am trying to get out of that stress and focus more on healthy lifestyle.. this exercise after the chill shaking , I have to lie down and take deep breaths ( almost 15-20 ) and feel so relaxed ( anyone else having to take deep breaths ? ) .. I don’t have to take such deep breath even after a heavy workout.. so I believe something magical is happening during those 2 short mins .. will stick to the routine and wish all of you stay healthy !!

Thank you. This was helpful. I found it really hard to keep up both legs and arms at the same time, and shake them!😂 But then during the second set, I was a bit more relaxed and realised that I’d been holding my hands in a tense position while trying to shake, which of course was very tiring! Once relaxed, I found it easier, plus I tucked a small cushion under my tailbone to support my back and this enabled my legs to stay up more easily. I’m nearly 70 and need to be gentle with my body :)

High blood pressure is not a disease, it is and symptom of an underlying problem. If you suffer from hypertension from plaque build up on the arteries what does Chi or any other method can achieve in the removal of plaque and future deposits on these arteries and restore the flow of blood. No one is providing a solution of restoring the arteries from these deposits. Your practice is trying to enhance blood flow through opening channels within the meridians - however - that is a ban-aid and does not address the core problem. With much gratitude, thumbs up.

10000% agree if we are working with the biological physical body, but sometimes, a lot of times, it's an emotional imbalance that can also cause higher BP. It is the "emotional body." This particular exercise would be beneficial. Thanks for that great breakdown 🙏.
