I have been exercising with you every day for 7 weeks now and today I hit my first goal - I’ve lost 5kg! I’ve also lost a total of 18cm in my body measurements. Thank you! ❤ It’s become a habit now to exercise first thing in the morning, I really enjoy it and I’m going to keep going!

My husband and I are in our 60 and try to do your exercises everyday. My husband has just been diagnosed with Lewy Body dementia and Parkinsonism traits. According to the doctors although no cure for both condition they highly recommend exercising including physical, mental and balancing exercises are especially beneficial to help slow down the disease. These are exercises that my husband can actually follow along. Thank you so much for all you do.

Hello Schellea! I absolutely love this new Christmas workout! The only part that was challenging for me was the balance at the end turning my head side to side. I have vertigo and the room started spinning 😵💫. I did stretches during that segment. I hope you and your family have a Merry and blessed Christmas ❤

66 yrs old and looking for something to add to the gym strength training. Added this workout to the first one- chair exercise- and i feel i've had a workout. And it's all low-impact, which i really appreciate. Decided I want to challenge myself to do 2 of your workouts each day for 7 days to start and see how I go. There are definitely muscles which need strengthening and that's one of my goals.
