I've lost so much, I got an illness, my long term partner got sick and died, I lost all my beloved cats... we were nearly homeless, lost most of our possessions and lots of money... lots of drama and stress... not just healing from recent stress, but all the previous life abuse and stress... so I prayed to God Jesus Christ Holy Ghost... and now although I am alone... I have a rental...thank you Jesus... first time in my life I haven't had a cat or pet or friends/partner... I realized we had no real friends... so now I am alone... so after a couple of years of crying daily and grieving... and trying to get over my traumas... I am starting to see why God placed me here alone... to finally care for myself... I've looked after others all my life, my mother, my father, my uncle, many many animals, other people, my partner... and now God wants me to focus on myself and heal myself... today is the first day... eating better, moving better and thinking better things and being grateful, happy and joyous, in Jesus Christs name I pray this is my new way of living... healing... thank you and amen. Thank you so much for these videos. I’m not technically your target demographic, I’m 31 years old. But I’ve had so much trouble finding a workout routine that works for me. I’m at the very beginning of my fitness journey and I’ve struggled to find videos that were achievable for me and fun to follow along with. Although I am plus size, I am not hyper focused on losing weight and am much more interested in my mental health, increasing my cardiovascular fitness, and intentional movement every day. I also have a vestibular balance disorder and find a lot of exercises too difficult and exercise machines increase my symptoms. I really appreciate the positivity in your videos, the fact that you don’t center weight loss as a main focus, the commentary on mental well-being, and the consistent focus on balance improvement (which I really need to work on). I’ve followed along with your videos every day for a month and I’ve NEVER been that consistent with movement. Thank you for doing what you do. And even if I’m not yet in my 50s I’m hoping that what I’m doing now will help set me up for success in the future. ❤

I am not that same target audience but honestly her workouts are perfect for any beginner or someone needing low impact but packs a punch and she certainly does that! I have to agree exercise helps us mentally and these are perfect for that, maybe through all of these we will be fabulous when we are 50 😊 Keep moving and adding energy which will boost your mood and improve your mental health! I just did the majority of this workout while hand washing my dishes. Most of the beginning exercises, I just did the leg part, because obviously my hands/arms were occupied. Even if you think you don't have time to exercise, you're wrong! You can make your body move no matter what you are doing. Thanks for making it simple and fun to keep moving!

I think the 15 min workout idea was brilliant. It started me on your program. I now do the 30 min and look forward to more of those. I'd like to see more with weights. I m 52 and I like this workout, its a good start in the morning because its not to hart and sweaty. I have fun and feel me fit for my job! I am back to working out again! 2023 I had two surgeries, hip replacement in February then bunion surgery in December. It feels SO GOOD to be working out again!! Thank you for your great videos! I will do this one, stop with 4 minutes left, switch to your 10 minute high intensity workout, then come back to this one for the final few minutes of slow down and stretch. Getting in 40-45 minutes! (I am 64 years young)

Thank you for this workout.... I started working out through lockdown with you and it was amazing.... lost weight, felt great. Due to personal circumstances and health issues, I did slack unfortunately but carried on stretching. Schellea you just keep giving us all that we need. I haven't exercised properly all through our winter here in the UK. I'm not pleased with myself to admit it. But now the mornings are lighter, this week I thought I'd try and start properly again. I did the new stretch to warm up and then this. Feel really pleased with myself. Thank you. There is so much smoke in the air from Canada that walking outside is not possible right now. My physical therapist told me that doing aerobic exercises are more important than my PT exercises at 72. I do my PT after exercising with you!!

Male over 50. I have been doing aerobics for about 3 years. I was on physical therapy and taking aspirin to relieve pain in back shoulder area. Now I do 1/2 hour of aerobics everyday. I enjoy the change to 40 secs activity and 20 secs walking. I sweat a lot but mostly kept up. Thanks for great workout. I feel good.
Thanks so much, this workout made my day. I’m dealing with a ruptured ACL and a torn MCL. My PT therapist has encouraged me to start trying different exercises, I’ve been pretty bummed about my sudden loss of activity. I picked your workout to try today, WOW! I was able to keep up and did the modifications. I’ve been so negative about my damaged knee however you referred to “tricky” knees and how to keep exercising, that’s my new mantra….in spite of my tricky knee, I can still move! I may not be able to bust out all your moves like I used to, but I sure had fun for 30 minutes working out with you! I’m so grateful!

Just found your site, I tried 30 minute walk at home, (pink top/black bottoms). Love this video. I will be 70 in May, I do other exercises on UA-cam, but It’s good to switch, different moves, and music! Thank you for putting your commercials on at the beginning instead of 5-10 min. I just completed my first 30 minute workout. Usually I do a combination of 5, 10, 15, and 20 workouts to satisfy my 30 minute minimum requirement daily. Great and easy to do movements, and was able to sustain momentum for the entire 30 minutes.
Great workout! I'm 60 but have had health issues for about 4 years (autoimmune) and have had to switch to workouts my body can handle. This was challenging but won't exhaust me. Thanks so much!
Hi Shellea, Noela here - thanks for a great workout. I'm 56 and have been a consistent exerciser all my life (6 days a week), so I'm in the intermediate/advanced range of exercising. BUT, this workout was just perfect for my "be kind to myself" exercise day. I just used some very light hand weights throughout the workout section and lunged a bit lower, jogged on the spot instead of walking, etc etc on the moves - I'm sweating! and feel great :). Hi , Fab 50 community and our wonderful trainer, mentor and beautiful Schellea. It’s been almost 5 yearsworking out diligently with all of you in Fab 50 world. No matter where I go and travel, even though I am offered gyms, equipment and training, I set my iPad up in a quiet room and find the perfect workout to stay on schedule. Thank you for this workout.... I started working out through lockdown with you and it was amazing.... lost weight, felt great. Due to personal circumstances and health issues, I did slack unfortunately but carried on stretching. Schellea you just keep giving us all that we need. I haven't exercised properly all through our winter here in the UK. I'm not pleased with myself to admit it. But now the mornings are lighter, this week I thought I'd try and start properly again. I did the new stretch to warm up and then this. Feel really pleased with myself. I like the way you aren't doing long intros as I am restricted for time in the morning. Saying that, I have enjoyed your other videos for years and they are the only things that have motivated me. Male over 55: Great workout. I have worked from 2-3 days a week workout to everyday aerobics. I found this really challenging but doable. My balance has improved from awful to bad. I enjoy the mix in your workouts. I am sweating when done. Thank you for a great workout.

Thank you. There is so much smoke in the air from Canada that walking outside is not possible right now. My physical therapist told me that doing aerobic exercises are more important than my PT exercises at 72. I do my PT after exercising with you!!

LOVED this!! this was the first 30 min work out i've done in probably a year. been doing the 15-20 min videos when i can. too much has been happening. thank you for your approach to these moves...so much easier on the joints but still gets your heart pumping and muscles fired up!! ❤

Male over 50. I have been doing aerobics for about 3 years. I was on physical therapy and taking aspirin to relieve pain in back shoulder area. Now I do 1/2 hour of aerobics everyday. I enjoy the change to 40 secs activity and 20 secs walking. I sweat a lot but mostly kept up. Thanks for great workout. I feel good.
Thanks so much, this workout made my day. I’m dealing with a ruptured ACL and a torn MCL. My PT therapist has encouraged me to start trying different exercises, I’ve been pretty bummed about my sudden loss of activity. I picked your workout to try today, WOW! I was able to keep up and did the modifications. I’ve been so negative about my damaged knee however you referred to “tricky” knees and how to keep exercising, that’s my new mantra….in spite of my tricky knee, I can still move! I may not be able to bust out all your moves like I used to, but I sure had fun for 30 minutes working out with you! I’m so grateful!

Just found your site, I tried 30 minute walk at home, (pink top/black bottoms). Love this video. I will be 70 in May, I do other exercises on UA-cam, but It’s good to switch, different moves, and music! Thank you for putting your commercials on at the beginning instead of 5-10 min. Into exercise! Have a great 2024!

I just completed my first 30 minute workout. Usually I do a combination of 5, 10, 15, and 20 workouts to satisfy my 30 minute minimum requirement daily. Great and easy to do movements, and was able to sustain momentum for the entire 30 minutes.

Hi Shellea, Noela here - thanks for a great workout. I'm 56 and have been a consistent exerciser all my life (6 days a week), so I'm in the intermediate/advanced range of exercising. BUT, this workout was just perfect for my "be kind to myself" exercise day. I just used some very light hand weights throughout the workout section and lunged a bit lower, jogged on the spot instead of walking, etc etc on the moves - I'm sweating! and feel great :).
