Ive always been insecure about my stomach, started working out but always stopped so I'm gonna leave this comment to update my waist measures so that I'll stay committed! My goal: 26 inches Day 1: 29 inches (before workout) After my first workout I already lost ½ inches!! So I'm now at 28.5 inches! Day 2: 28 inches! Workout was actually kinda painful today lol Day 3: 27.5 inches! Day 4: 26 inches!!!! I'm so happy!!!

You lost fat due to the exercise, not due to this particular movement. Also you didn't lose belly fat specifically, you lost overall body fat. The same could have been achieved by other forms of cardio like a treadmill. There is no way to spot reduce fat around your belly, nor is there any specific exercise that will do so. The best method of fat loss is diet and exercise, and an overall healthier lifestyle!

You MUST warm up for 5 mins BEFORE doing these- warm up is stretching THEN walking for few minutes to avoid shock to body- my brother taught me this. Plz read my other comments on this page

Be careful How u get out of bed- to prevent heart attack it's important to 1- stretch for 1 min 2- sit of bed for 1/2 mins 3- sit on bed with legs dangling When we wakeup our heart and brain is vulnerable so for few minutes is the KEY. Please share the knowledge- saving lives. PEACE

No its not a "workout". It only works one area so it is an "exercise". My advice is that don't waste time with this shit if you actually want to lose weight. Just get a nice diet plan and do some hiit cardio.
