    I loved this video because it was brief, focused and effective. It is something that can be done on a short break from work without taking off shoes & socks and without getting down on a mat. I appreciate the addition of weights, since osteoporosis is a challenge at the age of 70. Thank you for putting this together to share.

    Thanks for this lovely exercise, Cailin. My core is weak, doing core exercises on mat is not an easy thing for me. Therefore standing exercises like this is very helpful for me. Thanks again and love to see more exercises like this one. Warmest regards from Tasmania, Australia 🇦🇺

      @@MVMTwithCailin ♡ So far generally speaking, I don't have a preference for standing routines to floor as I like both. Ever since this routine, however, I'm leaning towards a preference for standing for core work!!
