    ♡ Quite the downpouring of rain in this one! Very enjoyable class indeed! I felt challenged to keep my heels completely together on the lifts until you mentioned pushing into the big toe, and then I had no issue. Very interesting move! You've included it before, I was just more focussed on it this time. As always, your instruction ensures safe and impactful movement. I hope you're having a great week!
