When I started working out and my knees hurt, this was the video that made me feel like it might all be okay in awhile. Few months later and my knees haven't broken and no longer hurt. Still working on stronger legs. Leg day today.

I absolutely loved this Barre inspired workout!! Sometimes my knees just can't handle squats and lunges so this is a great replacement! I'd love to see you do more of these! You RoCk, Amy!!
This short, very doable exercise is wonderful, especially for beginners or people with SI joint pain like myself. It makes exercise feel less overwhelming and discouraging than going to the gym or committing to a 45 minute workout. You're encouragement is spot on and really kept me pushing through the side leg lifts, which are the most difficult for me. Can't wait to check out more of your videos

By far the best low impact leg exercises ever! After 2 knee surgeries from a ruptured knee cap and then a torn meniscus I’ve never been able to do any leg exercises including swimming. THIS WORKED! Thank you thank you thank you

I did this after one of your upper body videos and it was amazing! I confess I was skeptical about actually burning calories with this one, but I could really feel the burn and my heart rate was staying up. This is so encouraging for me as I've injured my knee and need to avoid squats and lunges for a while.
For the past 2 months i’ve have a horrible RA flare up in both my knees. I’m a volleyball player so spending the summer inside with ice packs on my knees and not on a sand court has been horrible for my moral to play in the upcoming fall season. Even with covid, my district has allowed the fall sports season to take place, so i’m desperate to get in shape to hopefully make the team. This workout made me sad because I’m used to doing intense cardio and stuff and now I can’t even do a jump squat. Starting off small now until my flare up calms down, so thank you for this workout!

LOVE this workout! I just had double mastectomies 2 weeks ago and I’m restricted to certain exercises. This is a great way to get the lower body engaged while I’m healing. Thank you Amy!

well done! I liked this a lot! I have MS and I am a full time caregiver to a medically special needs teen. I am what you call skinny fat but I have a bad knee from an accident. This was not bad on my knee at all! I could feel the burn too! thank you for this I will save this and repeat again!

This is an excellent, challenging but still very accessible work out for anyone that has any kind of stiffness or sore knees. I stumbled across your channel looking for a beginners core work out and since I found you I haven’t looked back! Love your instruction and encouragement but also your focus (you aren’t too chatty). Keep up the great work!
This one hurts so good--not painful, but boy does it work those muscles! Your directions are easy to follow, I like that you let us know what muscles are being worked, or where we should be feeling the move. Really need a good low impact workout like this. The real test will be how my knees hold up tomorrow! Other workouts I've managed at the time but the next day my knees are shot and stay that way for a week! Really hoping this one works for me
It's important to give your muscles time to rest and regenerate. I'd say two times a week with two rest days between. Ideally, you'd train other muscles groups on those rest days.
I appreciate how articulate you are. Some UA-cam trainers really struggle to keep the words flowing. Your instruction and encouragement is flawless.
