    Thanks for another set of movements
    For keeping my back loose. This is similar to my most viewed video (tight hips) and has enough new variety to keep it interesting. The towel is an interesting prop. Well done!     Love this lower back stretch! Been working on a painting and carpet rip out project and set up for vacation aBible school . Plus menstratiing. This class has been a blessing!!

    Just came back from a 2 week vacation that involved a lot of sitting in the car and my lower back was really tight, so this workout was just perfect! Thank you!

    Wow I really loved this! I don't have current back pain, but I have both APT and QL tightness, and I think these moves were helpful for both (but would love some routines targeting those specific issues too!). I have done a LOT of mat Pilates - and tons of other core routines too - and I've *never* seen anything like you did with the towel under the back. Also, I love your ombre pants!
