    Looking for a standing workout that will challenge and improve your balance and control? This standing pilates routine is the perfect one! We’ll move through a series of standing movements, with a focus on single leg balance exercises.
    Single-sided movements are always important to add in as part of your workout routines, as are balancing exercises. One side of your body will usually be stronger and better at balance than the other, so working them separately is key to finding balanced strength and stability in both sides.
    All you’ll need for this routine is your mat. If you require additional stability for balancing movements, feel free to use a foam roller, chair or wall to hold on to for support ~ this is absolutely encouraged if needed!
