I injured my shoulder months ago while moving furniture. I am so glad I found your channel and all of these great shoulder videos. I am waiting for my wall anchors to arrive so I can get full use of my resistance bands and am confident they will help me get my shoulder mobility back and reduce the pain. Okay, I actually followed along, doing these exercises. I broke my humerus 1.5 years ago and it's amazing how much that affected my shoulder. I really felt #7! Glad you can't hear my shoulder blades clicking. 😣 Great routine, thank you both!

Thank you very much Guy's for uploading this video. I really appreciate it. injured my shoulder about a month ago and has slowly been healing. These exercises tonight definitely seemed to have helped already. I actually felt what seemed like decent muscle tension within my shoulder. haven't felt that for about a month now. And I've been one arming and limping the bad shoulder since injury at work on a daily basis. How many times a day would you recommend this exercise? (potential torn rotator cuff wise anyway?)

Is this good for impingement?
I sometimes have mild to moderate pain in my shoulders and was told by a doctor that it is bone on bone. I do not wish to get shoulder replacement. Would theses exercises give me some relief?
Let's talk about how you can use stretch bands for shoulders! I do that at my desk and it helps tremendously for "mouse shoulder"

Guys, it somehow feels like there is no movement to relief pressure from the AC joint. It always feels like either the clavicula or scalpula are pressing into that joint. Is there a stretch or position where that joint is "open"?
May I do those exercises even if I have a tear on my shoulder?
We would suggest you consult your doctor first since they know your specific situation
Do these exercises help swimmers who suffer from rotator pain due to swimming laps? I know a lot of older folks who swam their whole life and needed shoulder replacements in their older years.

We suggest you stop the exercises that cause you new pain or more pain, as that is not going to get better if it’s painful
