40 Minute Upper Body Sculpt Workout | DRIVE - Day 19

- Get ready to push your upper body with this AMRAP style workout! Grab a couple sets of dumbbells and a box or bench if you have one, and let's crush this one together!

In today’s workout we will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds per exercise and we will complete 3 rounds of every exercise. The training variables we are aiming for in this workout are time under tension and pushing to burnout so be sure to pick weights that get you there and keep your dumbbells moving. Start on time and work all the way through the three beeps and finish strong and proud of yourself! I used my 10-25 pound dumbbells today.

My upper body was on fire from the start. The Arnold press combo was a killer and every single exercise was a step up challenge. I did not drop weights even though my arms were shaking. I really pushed myself. These AMRAPS are serious business.

Omg that got spicy real fast!! I noticed myself thinking I should drop down when my arms got tired but before failure, but I didn't and kept pushing! 💪

I have just had eye surgery and can’t lift heavy weights for a couple of weeks, but I was able to do this workout with lighter weights and still feel like I had a great session. I only managed with soda cans as weights but could not even finish circuit 2 when my arms completely gave up and I stopped😟 My MIL did the full 8 circuits using between 12 - 30 lb dumbbells! Her biceps bulge powerfully and are rock hard! I feel really low and defeated.
We pushed ourselves with all that we had today and we crushed this AMRAP and the arms are pumped.

Wow my shoulders are burning I was struggling from the start with the Arnold press shoulders are always a struggle to me but I crushed it and I did an extra 1min dumbbell plank hold
Same here. I have bad shoulders as it is from not stretching them enough and overuse so 🤷♀️. But great workout!

Sydney, I love this 40 minute upper body sculpting workout it was so worth it. I did push myself to the point of failure I have in my home so many weights so when I get to point where I’m not feeling it I go up.

i've been doing these type of workouts for 20 years and upper body wo's are not my favorite. that being said, this was probably one of my most favorite workouts ever! it was creative, fun, difficult, effective, and flew by! love love love!

Wow, this was a workout! I started with challenging weights and did have to drop weight twice. I made me feel good when Sydney said at the end that you really pushed yourself if you had to drop! I totally loved this workout! Thank you Sydney!
