Wow!! Even though this is DRIVE, I had another BREAKTHROUGH moment today. I finally understood and FELT a big difference in my supinated curls. Sydney has said repeatedly, throughout these workouts about keeping your wrists curled. I don’t know why it suddenly stuck- “keep your wrists curled ON THE WAY DOWN, don’t just let them flop.” I suddenly felt my bicep REALLY WORKING differently than ever. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🎉🎉🎉!! Slow learner but a DRIVEN one!!!!

I love that you asked out of all of our goals what do we want most? I've been frustrated that I put on weight over the last few months. And I thought that was what I wanted to focus on but your question made me rethink it. I'd much rather be able to lift heavy and feel strong than see the number on the scale go down. Thank you again for this reminder!!

For the next program can you please consider giving us longer rest periods and longer warmups please? Or maybe even creating a specific lower body/upper body/full body warm up for us to do before each workout depending on the focus. Love your workouts and appreciate you so much!

Wow, this workout was fire! 🔥💪I loved how we just kept going, from one exercise to the next. Each superset was so intense, you really appreciated that 30-second rest in between each circuit! 😅 That pulse burnout at the end for shoulders and biceps was awesome! I feel pumped and strong in my upper body today! 😁
Coming back from 6 week rehab for rib injury/thoracic spine. This was my first time using weight in 6 weeks. Could only use 3's 5's and 8's only for biceps but from where I was 6 weeks ago this is progress and I will take it!❤💪missed Sydney's workouts.
My husband is deployed for a year and I’d really like to focus on my strength along with losing 10-15lbs. Focusing on that will hopefully keep me from stress eating with kids!
Working on reducing my body fat and a few more pounds. Felt amazingly strong 💪🏻 and swollen after this workout. Accomplishing my goals with intermittent fasting
OMG, I could barely lift my arms for the cooldown 😂 And then my attempt to grab my phone was probably the hardest part of the workout, lol. Crushed it!!! My goal has been to build my glutes which I have finally been able to do thanks to your mind muscle connection reminder. My new goal is to lose my mom pooch which I know will require work outside of these workouts. Thank you!
