Good morning, way to go! On the last burn out minute, I chose OH tricep extension. My puppy came running down & distracted me (didn't jump on me) & that helped me get through the burn. My pup is 10 months old, I am so glad for these workouts & community!!

Just what the doctor ordered! Almost 6 weeks post op from my second Labrum surgery and still unable to do lower body work so this was truly my mental health saver today. As always, well thought out and challenging until the end. Love ya woman-Noel

Hi Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans for weights but could not even last 4 minutes when my arms completely gave up 😟 My MIL used 20s and even 25s dumbbells and did this full lesson powerfully! She has tremendous power, thick muscles, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated
