Hi Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans for weights but could not even last 4 minutes when my arms completely gave up 😟 My MIL used 20s and even 25s dumbbells and did this full lesson powerfully! She has tremendous power, thick muscles, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated

Good morning, way to go! On the last burn out minute, I chose OH tricep extension. My puppy came running down & distracted me (didn't jump on me) & that helped me get through the burn. My pup is 10 months old, I am so glad for these workouts & community!!

One of my favourite programs loved the strength workouts. Feeling strong 💪🏽lifted heavier weights, hit some goals and am feeling the best I've ever felt. That was intense and I loved it. Really pushed myself in this one with belief and confidence. I love the whole push to failure thing because it isa sign that we are doing our best and pushing ourselves towards growth.

Feeling super strong after that one. What a great total upper body strength workout! I chose rotating bicep curls (hammer to supinated) for my burnout round and my goodness the burn is real! Loved the powerful feeling this workout gave me! We are stronger than we think we are and WE CAN do hard things!!!🔥🔥🥵🥵🙌🏼🙌🏼💪🏼💪🏼✌🏼❤️

Noodle arms! You have to feel weak to feel strong. I felt weak often throughout that workout. Hope that means I'm getting stronger.
