    That was intense and I loved it. Really pushed myself in this one with belief and confidence. I love the whole push to failure thing because it isa sign that we are doing our best and pushing ourselves towards growth.

    really loved this one ! 40 min are my favorite and i love a simplet straight strenght workout like this.! upper body is torched ! crushed it at 30 weeks pregnant ! :D

    Investing in my health and wellbeing being new adjustable and heavier weights because I am worth it. Such a joy to be able to work out with Sydney and this Crazy Burnout was the perfect way to test out the new weights, felt amazing to push to new depths. Open your mind to possibilities and embrace that we have to go through feeling weak to get stronger. Happy Friday, everyone!

      Good morning, way to go! On the last burn out minute, I chose OH tricep extension. My puppy came running down & distracted me (didn't jump on me) & that helped me get through the burn. My pup is 10 months old, I am so glad for these workouts & community!!

    Just what the doctor ordered! Almost 6 weeks post op from my second Labrum surgery and still unable to do lower body work so this was truly my mental health saver today. As always, well thought out and challenging until the end. Love ya woman-Noel

I used soda cans for weights but could not even last 4 minutes when my arms completely gave up 😟 My MIL used 20s and even 25s dumbbells and did this full lesson powerfully! She has tremendous power, thick muscles, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated

    One of my favourite programs loved the strength workouts. Feeling strong 💪🏽lifted heavier weights, hit some goals and am feeling the best I've ever felt.
