    love this community so much!!!! Amazing work everyone. Today, marks I'm down 20 lbs, over 6.6 months. I did it ALL with Sydney. I had gained weight when we moved to south florida and I was so down and depressed, hjaving stepped away from my consistent, daily Sydney workouts (which I've done since my first son was born in 2017), but through all of your support, motivation, momentum and love, I did it, am doing it, will continue to do it. Thank you!

    Wowzie!!! When Sydney says "there is no way I am going to drop this weight", I say to her "me too". This was super challenging. I think at every point of the workout , my arms were shaking. Great job everyone for being here. I love reading all the comments and relate to them. Love you all.

    Thank you Sydney for all that you do! ❤ I thought to myself at one point, damn I should have just did 30 mins today but I'm glad I stuck to it, feeling the burn actually makes me feel strong and beautiful. ❤ I've been working out with you fir approximately 3 years and I promised myself I would continue to workout throughout my pregnancy journey.

    Had a hard time concentrating this morning. I didn't sleep very well and was told not the best news about my dad last week. Had a few days of eating my feelings but really trying to break that habit and lean more into what I can control. Hope everyone has a great day!

    Love love this upper body boot camp!! I did not give up when it started to burn and i did not have to go down in weights when it was getting tough. I really loved this work out and proud of myself for using challenging weights. Great job everyone for crushing this workout!!

      Hi! Is this lesson also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 2 lb dumbbells throughout but could not last more than 16 minutes when my upper body completely gave up and I stopped. My MIL did the full lesson using dumbbells from 12 lbs to 25 lbs!! Her biceps are very thick and strong like Coach Sydney's! I feel really low and defeated :(

    I loved the circle arnold presses today. I pushed myself to raise the weight in the last round. I need to work on back fly connection. After every cool down I say, "You have made it to put your collar on!" and Jersey gets excited for a walk. Yay me! Great job everyone!

    Oh my gosh, this was so good! 💪Supersets are one of my favorite workout formats, especially for upper body. That biceps superset and the last set of shoulders at the end was fire for me! 🔥😅I feel good and strong today after this!

    Big no scale victory for me today, I used to struggle with shoulder pressing 15’s today I started with 20’s and they felt easy I even pushed up to my 30’s for a couple reps. Feeling so strong and so grateful to move today!
