      Because that’s how people find her channel, all UA-camrs do this. More clicks means more viewers which means more revenue for her. This is her job and livelihood, no one has to pay her she puts this out for free. I don’t mind the titles, I’m enjoying free content and hope she gets paid well bc she is amazing trainer and I love all her workouts

      @@cristalallen8826 I get the YT algorithm/clicks part but I've been doing her workouts for 3 years now and that title stands against everything she preaches. You're not going to transform your arms in 30 mins. Its long, hard, consistent work over months and years that does that. I feel like she has become less authentic over the past few months and is trending towards the 'influencer' crowd saying/doing anything to get clicks

    Fantastic workout but what’s with the clickbait title? Sydney always talks about realistic goals and mindset. She’s never lied to us or pretended one workout could change our bodies or that we could target certain areas of fat. Video team, why start with these titles that are so clearly off-brand?

    Anyone else just feel full on beast mode with that workout?! There's so much blood pumping through my arms right now and I love it! Haven't felt that connected to an arm workout in a long time! Doing my best to stay Patient, present, and persistent! Let's go! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯🥵🥵🥵

    This may be my favourite arm workout of the past three years. The 30 second work periods really allow me to try and use the max weights I can. I enjoyed the variety too. Not tedious at all!

    Loved this today!! Upper body is my favorite- I still struggle with shoulder press especially on left side- I have really enjoyed REPS and honestly wouldn’t min a REPS 2…. Love our trainer💕💕- she has SO made me better all across the board!😊

    No workout for me today and I tried just super tired. I had an event last night for domestic violence and worked a 14 hour day. Tried to do my workout but my body said no. So tomorrow is a new day

    You guys!! I went off program🙈 ugh I'm so over the straight weight training. One month is good I do feel stronger but I miss the cardio. I hope next month its incorporated. I did the finale burn episode instead... I really miss these type of workouts 😅

      I get that, but your still getting cardio in these work outs! my heart rate gets higher lifting heavy weights like in these types of work outs then bouncing around personally.

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am a man did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans as weights but could not make it past 19 minutes in the lesson as my arms completely gave up 😟My MIL did this full lesson powerfully with dumbbells from 12 - 30 lbs! She has the tremendous thick swole biceps, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated

      @rupinjeremiah9589 Yes, lots of men do her workouts! As is the case for anyone, you just need to give yourself some time and grace. It's a marathon, not a sprint 😊 Keep at it, and you will get stronger!

      @@Angela-fl1bf Thank you for your encouragement, ma'am! I am trying my best. My MIL told me to try the lesson without any weights at all and see how long I can last. is that a good way? As a man, I really want to feel strong and confident in front of my MIL. She told me that with regular sessions over time even my arms might bulge thickly like hers or like Sydney ma'am's! Is that really possible for me? I have very low self-esteem and a poor body image.

    I needed the post workout talk today. I am having a tough day at work today but I made time to workout on lunch and I noticed going into it I wasn't really focused and just trying to get through it. About 10 mins in my focus changed to "I made time for me, I am here putting in the work, I can do hard things and I've survived every challenge before this. Let's go" Crazy how much a few good reps can change your day ❤‍🔥

    My dumb bell heads are not as big as Sydney’s, octaganol so have a hard time getting both hands equally loaded going horizontal. Not enough space…
