My hair is flat from my roots to my ears, my hair is down to my bum and very thick, also I don’t want to cut it, do you have any tips?? It’s so puffy🥺

@@UnbeatedNoob Well, assuming your hair is wavy or curly, then you would have to scrunch upside down after applying the right products and for more volume diffuse.
Some great youtubers to help you out is Manes by Mell and Jayme Jo.
If your hair gets weighed down easily put less product and use light products as well. Also make sure when your are applying your products and scorching to have wet enough hair that can heat the "squishing" of the hair.

@@UnbeatedNoobOh okay. Well another thing I wouldn't brush it unless it you're styling it wet because when you brush it dry it will get poofy. Also wash your hair every day go 4-5 days if possible without washing it. Again the youtubers I listed will be very informative and helpful especially Manes by Mell since shes a curly hair stylist.
Any more questions let me know

I literally bought this EXACT hair dryer and diffuser a couple days ago and was looking for a video on someone else with my hair type using it! What I do that ends up working for me is first twist the diffuser a bit into my hair from the end to my scalp, then turn it on to the lowest cold setting and leave it there for 15 seconds. then I turn it off, slowly bring it down, then repeat on another section of my hair. So far it's been working well for me and doesn't give any frizz!

I purchased a diffusing dryer from Amazon...it is much smaller and easier to use. I love it. I only diffuse my hair until about 50-75% dry, and then use small clips at the root for lift and air dry for about an hour.

Thank you so much for making this video because I just got a diffuser and haven't seen any difference just a bunch of friz so seeing the way you do it is gonna really help me! If any one has any tips for what products to use for friz control that would be great! Again thank you for this video!

I have the same diffuser and dryer and I get the exact same results. A tighter curl. I dry it about 2/3’s and air dry the rest. It is the best results I have ever gotten. I use less product. It saves time and I get a longer wear from wash days. I use medium heat. I have really thick hair so medium heat is fine and necessary. ☺️. Your hair looks great.

You guys, watch my curls 401 her method of diffusing is so good. This one is pretty good too but she leaves it in one spot longer. The less you move/ touch your hair when its drying the better snd less frizzy the results. I never liked diffusing cause my hair came out so frizzy but using medium or low heat and keeping it still/ drying in sections had been a game changer.

Next time you should try using the gel on hair that’s more damp to see if you can retain more curl clumps as you diffuse. I do notice the diffuser can do that to me though too breaking up clumps or making them look wonky. Your hair looks so pretty though!

Hi Tabitha - your hair looks great. My wave pattern is similar to yours and after a couple of years fooling around with the curly girl method, I've found that diffusing (on cool) has made the biggest difference in giving me better waves, with more consistent and long-lasting results. Prior to about a month ago, I was just air drying and I was not usually happy with the results. Because your hair looks so good, I'm thinking of cutting off about 2" to make it similar to your length. I think that will help enhance the waves too. Thank you - good video as usual.
