my sermoon d1 stucked at a password enter screen shows a keypad, but don't accept any numbers. There were BiSun_BootLoader_V0.0.bin and firmware_V1.1.18.bin files on the formatted sd card. What will I do?
what is the purpose of taking the screen out? can I not just flash the firmware through the SD slot that is normally used for uploading g-codes?
Otherwise you can't reach the SD slot of the display board (the "normally used" Slot is connected to the printer mainboard, not to the screen)
In my case after countless formatting and installing firmware. both international and sensor (Sermoon D1 Marlin2.0.1-HW-V4.3.1-SW-V1.1.18-SC-V1.1.17), versions printer is stuck on loading screen.
Only way to fix this in my case was to go back for V1.1.10
try flashing first the firmware and then the screen firmware. that is the only thing that worked for me. still couldn't get bltouch to remember the z offset
@@testytesteberger6397 with default screen version restored, when I turn on power with firmware in big sd port printer start normally without any change in settings/firmware version
@@ukaszkoc6838 i have no idea. All i know is that is how it worked for me. I am on latest. Try flashing screen firmware afterwards
After I install firmware and I preheat the nozzle, it just reboot and does not works. How can I solve this problem?

This comment is dedicated for those who could flash the Sermoon D1 but the loading screen is stuck: make sure you have a standard SD card plugged in to the printer, as you would have for conventional printing.
After flashing, mine hangs at the loading screen after the progress bar hits 100%. What should I do?

Edit: Simply reformat SD card and try again
*Windows can be finicky with removable flash media, try a little program "Fat32 Format". The GUI version is easiest
@@MrHeHim Yeah! Mine worked after I updated both the screen and the printer firmware.
@@kantarell How to flash screen firmware? I guess that movie above shows how to update printer/mainBoard firmware.
