Super moist chocolate butter cake / a very easy recipe
Ingredients
All purpose flour- 3/4 cup (90g)
Cocoa powder- 1/4 cup (25g)
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Unsalted butter- 200 grams
Sugar - 3/4 cup (175g)
Eggs - 3
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 1 tablespoon
Baking time and temperature - at 180•c on a preheated oven for 40 to 45 min.
Pan size - 9 inch

The cake looks very dense.Try adding few spoons water to the batter before baking.That will even out the dryness of cocoa.This is a tip from someone who has been making butter chocolate cakes for years. And...adding too much cocoa doesnt make it better...adding few spoons of good grade cocoa does better and keep it moist☺
