Your recipe is amazing. I multiplied it by four and made a 30 cm diameter cake . It turned out perfect. Just a tip if someone is reading my comment, this is suitable for decorating a birthday cake so basically you need to put juice and whipping cream for it not to taste dry. If you just want it with tea or coffee, this isn't the suitable recipe . My opinion ofcourse.

Many ppl commented how this cake turn soft without adding butter n oil..so let me inform u..that there is a cake made with using only eggs n flour n sugar and no other ingredients..but rule is u have to beat egg white really well....n use small quantity of maida..if u use 1 cup maida then it will turn hard...so for 4 egg half cup maida..then ur cake will b soft ...and it doent need baking pw or soda or hot water ,oil butter etc

By far the easiest cake recipe I have come across. I made a green tea version as I’m not a fan of chocolate. I substituted the coco for matcha, it’s fluffy and has the right amount of sweetness. Absolutely loved it. Thank you for sharing🙏🥰

I have made this in gas stove in medium heat . It came out amazing. Timing is way below 30 minutes . Make sure to check . I have used a steam pot with a round holder and a plate inside as base to put the cake tin.

Sorry *low heat . Heat the pot before starting the preperation. So it will reach right heat when you put the pan in.
