1 cup (225 grams) salted butter
2 cups white sugar
finely grated zest of 1 lemon
4 whole eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 ½ cups cream (heavy OR thickened OR all-purpose)
2 tablespoons lemon juice

One way also of knowing pure real butter is through checking the ingredients po, chef. Pure and real butter only consists 3-4 ingredients, whereas margarine is composed of 15 or more po 😊
Turo rin ng kaibigan ko, basahin ang taas ng saturated fat. The higher, the creamier. Ang pinakamataas na nabili ko ay 40%. Ang sarap!

My cousin who is here for a long time since childhood, she hardly understand Tagalog, but because I am with her watching I can give her quick translation, good that you are using Taglish at least she will not totally missed your demo. Her husband, every time he heard your voice, he’ll say, “ Oh, that’s my boy!” On thing I like your show also is, you are funny and truthful to what you are saying.
