CHOCOLATE BUTTER CAKE
Ingredients and Procedures
½ cup Dutch Cocoa Powder
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking soda
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Coffee Powder
2 cups All Purpose Flour
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
¾ cup Butter
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Milk
2 Eggs
1. Sift all DRY ingredients. Set Aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream Butter & Brown Sugar. Scrape the sides of the bowl time to time.
3. Add Eggs & Vanilla. Mix well.
4. Alternately add the Dry ingredients, Water & Milk. Mix well until blended.
5. Pour mixture into 6x2 pan. Spread the mixture evenly. Tap it a little.
6. Bake for 25-30mins at 180C or until the toothpick test comes out clean.

Sugar is always equal or atleast half the measure of flour...1/2 cup sugar and 2 cups flour is not okay I think

I used the same measurements for ingredients and my dough turned out to be more harder. There's something missing here!
Vegetable oil is missing
Sa creaming method po, dapat paddle attachment ang gamit. Hindi ung whisk, ung whisk kasi is para po sa pag gwa ng meringue.

Hello po kapag steam po kasi automatic pong may tubig kasi mag isteam po. Ang ibig nyo pong sabihin yung steamer po parang gagawin nyo po syang oven or improvised oven... (Tama po ba ako yun po ang gusto sabihin.) Pwede rin po sa kawali lagyan nyo lang po ng rack at takip.
Pwede po sya sa 2 method na ito.. Pili na lang po kayo kung saan po kayo madadalian gawin.

Something missing in this method, cake is too rough.
I tried this recipe.. Its turn up worst.. Waste my ingredients..
Worst cake I've ever made.....the batter was good when i tasted it...but the cake was very worst....looks like I've wasted all those ingredients...you have to reply for this
