Ingredients:
4 pieces Whole chicken thighs
2 tbsp Shaoshing wine
1.5 tbsp Light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp Potato starch
40g Yellow rock sugar
130g Ginger
25g Goji berries (pre-soaked)
5g Dried black fungus (pre-soaked)
2 tbsp Olive oil
3 tbsp Sesame oil
250ml Chicken stock
80ml Ginger juice
1 tsp Chicken powder
1/8 tsp White pepper powder
1/2 tsp Salt
450ml Yellow rice wine

Hi Ling! Is yellow rice wine the same as Shao Hsing wine? Can I substitute potato starch for corn starch? Love all yr recipes btw 😋

You can homemake it or maybe use sake or normal rice wine but you need to adjust the sweetness😉
