I have been cooking this dish for more than 30 yrs. The only thing to ask is why did you not fry the raw rice in the chicken oil before cooking? This will make the rice even more fragrant.
Awesome video I was really urged to try out my chicken rice while watching the awesome guide. One question: how do you deal with the rest of the stuff other than the breast part? I mean do you use it for some other different types of dishes or something? Really curious
Or can the rest of the parts also be used for Hinanese chicken rice?Like chicken legs. If some other suggestions on what to cook using the leftovers please let me know :)

Types of chicken may vary from country to country, my chicken may be different to yours, result of colour may vary. All my methods are valid.
