Prayers are powerful. God is the source of love strength. Speak to Him and let Him reveal to you who you are. You are not all the negative words people have said about you it even you about yourself. God loves you. You are the daughter of the King. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Get to know Him. Some of things she said is in the Bible. Ultimately God knows more about you than you do and He longs to have a relationship with you. As a Father will strengthen and guide His daughter that's Him. He changed my life, 10 yrs ago, by following Jesus. Read about what He says about you in the Bible, ask Him to explain the book of John. Start by talking to him from your heart 💓
I was also bullied as a kid up until my 20s, and on social media/ UA-cam for my business, I've received troll comments. Experienced childhood traumas & toxic relationships. Believed all the negativity that was thrown at me & wanted to kill myself. But something in me snapped a few years ago to not give a F*k about people, just focus on myself, my dreams, & being a light for others that also experienced what I have(I know this part contradicts what I said above😂). It's very freeing to shed negativity, because it's actually not ours. Confidence doesn't need to mean that we think we're hot & badass. It's just about living the way WE want & standing up for ourselves, not letting anyone disrespect us. Being your authentic self doesn't harm others, but it does harm us to not do it. When anyone has a problem with it, it's because THEY aren't strong enough to be authentic or they feel they don't have control of their life, so they try to control others. Hope this helps anyone that reads it!!
I believe our daily vocabulary is soooo important too. Weak and negative words have a weak and negative impact on our self image and mood. Powerful and confident words have a positive impact on our self image and mood.
I am still dealing with all the insults, from Narcissists in my life, I do take life punches, with composure, but dealing with rejection, from others, is deeply rooted,
@@JiaFit When your whole life is being told, how worthless and stupid you are , I seem to pick partners the exact same way, even though, I know I am a kind, strong and loyal person, I still hear those insults that I have heard since a very little girl, I suppose they’re scars, but I want respect, integrity and loyalty back.
@@andreawheatley5528 the mind is a 'tool' we need to learn how to use. Just like we learned to walk, etc. The brain 🧠 itself, we've learned it can regenerate (Neuro plasticity) it is something that was thought could not possibly happen. It does. So, a brain injury can be healed. The rest of the healing is up to the individual. Meaning, do you, yourself, accept to listen to others, and, then you make the conscious decision to change? If you, choose that option, your mind, which is separate from your brain 🧠 will do as YOU choose and will bring about the change. You, are NOT a little girl. You, are an adult, independent person, who can choose, make YOUR own decision. If, and, only if, YOU choose to do so. You, decide who you allow to speak to you, and how. You choose to tell your mind , I will replace with new positive information ℹ️ the old data. Think of it this way. Computers need upgrades to new, current programs for the present. Why are you functioning with old information ℹ️? Anything stagnant, gets rutted and dies. Your old information, died. From a traumatic brain injury, I was told: imagine having a toolbox 🧰. Now take out all the tools ⚒️ 🛠 and put new ones in. Otherwise, regret, resentment, victim mentality , and negative thoughts and emotions will run your life. It took a while to assimilate it. But I had to make the choice. And, above all, choose who was going to continue with this 'me' that 'I' had to create. I am in constant search for well-being, health, positive energy; stress-less environment. I make a conscious decision. So can each of us. And you. Blessings 🙏🤗
I LOVE THIS!!! I was laying down having a major pity party and she says, "girl this shits hard, but I Love whats on the other side so get up... " I swear it was as if the suppressed part of who I really am was screaming from deep within me, thrilled that it had a voice! I do have a goal and yea, odds are insanely against me but I also know that I can accomplish it. Thank you for this road map and awaking the f... out of me.
DETECTING PATTERNS in how speak to ourselves is KEY to transition away from past limiting patterns. WE need to become aware of the specific phrases that continue to give us an un-easy gut reaction. This was crucial in my early days of addiction recovery, and helps those I guide, in all circumstances of limiting behavior. TIPS: 1. Make an inventory of these limiting statements. 2. Make it mandatory to combat this with WORDS TO YOURSELF that are accurate and kind. 3. Create and recite an affirmation each morning, specific to you, detailing you deserve happiness. 4. Take an action towards your goal. BEST PRACTICES and WISHES to us ALL!
I do love myself and at the moment I'm dealing with a toxic work environment.I'm not ready to be fired for speaking truth, so I have to find a way to keep the job because I need it at this time, but tell it like it is and create a healthier workplace.I know I can't change anyone else.I can only count on God to carry me through each day and show me a way to deal with constant disrespect.
@@CianTAllen that's right. Think you are there for a reason. Why are you running away if that job is providing for you, and/or your family? Besides what is it teaching you? Sometimes we are in a situation to learn, to teach us how to endure, handle the situation. Stay positive. Look for the purpose for this job in your life. And then, you will be able to grow and who knows.. your next step is higher. Blessings
@Kristina Mullen there's a purpose for where we are, and when. Every thing has a season. Situations we go through are meant to teach us, prepare us for the next steps. Something good always comes out of every situation no matter how difficult/terrible it is. Research on how to handle disrespectful behavior in a manner that suits you. I myself, have never allowed disrespect. But because of my personality I handled that. While I didn't do well in other things like I was too naive. But research the most you can so you know how to handle it. And the best, ask God for His guidance. He will not leave us no matter what. Psalm 32:8 I will teach you and guide you with mine eye. What a better promise than this. Ask Him. And hold Him to it. And He, as the loving, generous Father He is, will protect you and guide you. I pray He surrounds you with His protection and guide you by His hand as He has promised and guided me. In the name of His beloved Son, Jesus Christ. Amen 🙏
I'm dealing with this right now, toxic work environment. It's like someone is out there to just make it hard for me to an extent of bringing up mistakes I did in 2019. She's ( my supervisor) making it so hard for me and I'm always anxious at work, waiting for the next shoe to drop. I don't know what to do because times are hard and I really need this job.
I want Roxy as my coach due to struggling with self rejection/deceiving myself, neglecting self care at times, and dealing with people who talks back at me, and corrects me. When they’re the ones needs to be educated it’s okay to not be perfect. Because I learned I am resilient and learn from my mistakes. You will never grow as person if you keep on correcting other people.
This was my FAVORITE episode of Women of Impact so far. It speaks so much to where I am in my journey and has so many nuggets for how to continue on the path! Yaaaaassss queen. How do I become a part of this bad ass non-toxic tribe of women!?
Same!!! Amazing energy & so authentic...I LOVE women like this. We need more of this in our 🌎. Here is her web if you haven't found it yet: www.blackbeltbeauty.com Stay strong sis! 💪🏼💙
“Confidence doesn’t take a period. It has a comma,” ...THAT was amazing. Roxy’s message speaks to me. I admire women who are unapologetically exactly who they are meant to be. Lisa, thank you for bringing us this fantastic woman to inspire to get in touch with who we really are....and be a general BAD ASS!
"Refuse to turn down the volume of Your Truth." YES!! And I get what she is saying about all the different forms of movement. She inspires me! Thank you for having her on your channel! She is GOLD!
I just really love the last thing she said about journaling and taking time for ourselves first thing in the morning and journaling and meditation piece!! This was life changing!! 💗
One of my paintings says” Go confidentially in the direction of your dreams and live the life YOU imagined...” I bought this at one of my daughters fundraisers, truth to these words forever more!
Morty you're a caring and an ingenious mind. I have done both of your courses ( which were free) and I was able to get rid of my 2 beliefs "I'm not good enough" and "I'm not important ". You're refreshing and direct approach has changed my life and my entire point of view. I will be continuing with your work as it's the best thing I have ever done. Thank you for creating it. We love you Morty may you rest happily in peace now.
That was epic. She had me at " every single variation of modality offers me something that is deeper than just the physical benefit... there's a mindset component that is so deeply connected to each of these different forms of movement" ..... FECK YAS. I couldn't agree more, I might also add in that in my experience, if I'm stuck in my creative fluidity, inspiration etc my antidote to that is to physically move my body, lift, kickboxing, run ... I NEED that and its in a direct connection to what I make/design/ come up with... LOVED this episode, thanks to the both of you!! What a powerhouse combo for an episode!!!! 💓👊🏼🙌🏼🦾 thank youuuuuuu!!!!!!!
This was so powerful for me and I am going thru this for sure. I was assaulted for many many years and it changed my personality but after all the struggles of weight gain pain anger massive rage I am finally coming out that dark place.. my life is showing up for me and I am learning to love myself again .. bladdy brilliant podcast we need MORE OF THESE FOR PEOPLE to conquer the dark shit and push to the light
Congratulations to you for taking the initiative to take control of your life. You will be inspiring to someone else. Who might have had similar experiences in their life. Where's a will for change. God will send a way. Best of luck with your future endeavors.
I have told my self this year that there is NO OPTION on the idea of 'giving up'. I LOVE these questions you were being posed Lisa :) will need to go back through them and write those down in my journal and give thought to them. "making me feel GOOD about myself" "to care about myself" changing the old tapes - would LOVE for it to be on express delete and replace :) slow process currently. I LOVE THIS EPISODE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you BOTH!
I am so glad I came across this, I have struggled with my self esteem and my confidence for a long time but I have gotten so much better at this. It’s still a working progress. I am learning to be kinder to myself and speaking better and appreciating myself much more just for being here 😇👍🏾❤️🙏🏾🧚🏽♀️
I’m 54, and fekking LOVE this interview! Wish to God I could have seen it 35 years ago! But I’ve got it now. 🏆 Just brilliant. Absolute cure for the imposter syndrome that me and so many of my female friends have! Fuck that tippytoeing around trying not to ‘upset’ my male colleagues with my ‘me-ness’. I have every right to be myself. I’m gonna love me and set my authentic self FREE! I totally understand the PRESENCE that is going to give me in the room. I used to be super confident, but had it knocked out of me over the years by life throwing such massive blows at me (cancer, then diagnosed with ADHD (chemo massively exacerbated the symptoms I worked hard to mask/overcompensate for over the years), losing three jobs in a row (cos of rampant ADHD!) and my parent’s both falling ill and dying But it did NOT break me. I was on the mat for a while, but I don’t wallow. Bending myself to other people’s shape makes me an awkward and an invisible shadow of myself. Even I don’t like that version of me. I LOVE the powerhouse version of me. Working on letting HER back out after many years!
Thank you this 100% true. I have been on my journey to love and improve me after decades of feeling unworthy. I own my vulnerability and keep it pushing.
I feel like this talk was tailored for ME. From today onwards...I choose to fight for me. Better myself everyday. See every challenge as a stepping stone to succeed. I vow to listen to this particular episode every single day for a year and see how much I would have changed by then. Will be back to this comment. THANK YOU SO MUCH. *new subbie*
Omg finally someone that verbalized what I feel when I move and how to relate movement and resilience with resilience in life. Love this! Love all your videos. You are so freaking cool
This was so powerful!! It showed up when I needed it the most! She speaks with so much passion and love for herself and helping others. I would love to be as strong as she is one day. I feel so down lately having made a huge needed change in my life that was draining my self esteem. So I'm trying to pick myself back up. Grateful for this!
I tell you what I been doing. I used to experience everything you talk about it here! No self confidence was one of my major issues, my shoulders shrinked all the time. My Drs blamed it on hormones. Felt like I had no support from anyone. Until one day, my counselor told me that all of these feelings are normal to feel. With all the things that women go thru, even today, we still struggle to fight man power. And, unconciously, we don't accept that it's ok to cry, it's ok to feel down, nothing is wrong with us. Its normal!!!! The day I accepted that fact! I stopped asking for understanding from others, I stopped feeling sorry for myself. I started enjoying what I can and even embraced the days to order pizza and just snuggled in bed. I'm not all happy all the time, but at least I'm not bringing the sadness around with me to others. "FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT"
I used to think working hard would mean I achieve success. I think now this video has made me realized that you have to put hard work into yourself to achieve your goals. You cannot take yourself out of the equation. This video was so important and helpful, thank you!
I was one who lived for a while as a people pleaser on auto pilot, always one who worked hard and with integrity. However, without that I felt empty. Now I realise self care is essential, otherwise I am no good to myself or anyone else.
There comes a point, IF YOU'RE PAYING ATTENTION!!!... when everyone else falls to the background & you come to the juxtaposition of yourself vs EVERYONE/THING ELSE... & IT BEGS THE QUESTION OF "WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO *YOU???* " ALL the noise fades & you ascend into YOURSELF, & realize how much time & effort you've WASTED on others... _turning all that attention & effort to YOURSELF is NOT selfish... It is the deepest manifestation of self LOVE there is!!!_ Who cares if "they" throw a shitfit about it??? ...THAT PROVES they cannot stand you not giving all that to THEM- *SEE IT FOR WHAT IT IS!!!* Pat Benatar sang about it: _Hit me with your Best Shot!!!_ ....Because I will smack it down without missing a beat!!! Love literally IS _a battlefield_ ...the question is "Do you respect yourself ENOUGH to show some TO YOURSELF???"💜
Love all the Women-of-impact conversations...but this one has been my absolute favorite.I feel so much gratitude.Graaaacias!!!(watching From Mexico City)
Coming back to this video for the 10th time. Every single word sink in like an ink on the paper. Loved it 💯 Please call her again, we need more of Roxy. You brough the best out of her 🥰
I really really love this strong, effective, and powerful conversation between both of them. They use the best question to being out the topic. I watch like 30 times to get every word
I hate the money that I'm spending on copyrights etc, but I am finally working on my first book. I am afraid of people's attacks but I'm ready to get over that hurdle.
"It's unacceptable to me, because who I identify with she wouldn't accept that," I was just nodding through out this whole video. Thank you for this video 🙌🏾
When you give yourself permission to communicate what matters to you in every situation you will have peace despite rejection or disapproval. Putting a voice to your soul helps you to let go of the negative energy of fear and regret."
This video was meant for me . This was an amazing interview. You spoke to the woman that I know I am , and can feel myself turning into. God Bless both of you ladies
I am doing my PhD, and this video is something that is pushing me towards making progress. "Stop fighting yourself and start fighting for yourself" is something that I really needed. Thank you for this amazing episode!
I enjoyed this interview. Especially with what this world is going thru, our mental health is getting a huge wake up call let alone our physical selves. I am 56, single after being married for 28 yrs (he left for "greener" pastures) and a competitive Masters rower. I have rowed for over 35 yrs and I also identify with being an athlete. I can totally relate to your running on the beach story. My athleticism, training and self worth have taken a beating this past summer. Negotiations happen every day to get me on that rowing machine, get me to lift those weights and get on the bike and to eat well....so many HARD things but. But. I. AM. Worth it. Thank you so much for such a positive "fuck you" way to get thru these difficult and trying circumstances. I will have your voice helping to negotiate me to continue on that most wonderful of hard paths.
Thank you Lisa!!! I am obsessed with your channel, your energy and passion. Love the incredible inspirational women you are interviewing. I feel so motivated and empowered to get into my life more. yay xxxx
I've watched this video four times now, it's on repeat! And it inspired me to write about what I need to start doing to become what I want. Thank you Lisa and Roxxy!
Great and inspirational topic ladies. With that said. We all will come across people that are not to our liking. And that's okay. Mutal respected does matter and goes a long way. We are all entitle to that much at least. Reading some of the comments about self-confidence. Echoes the wounded sheep. According to someone else's dysfunctional psychotic mindset of ones self. In all actuality. Those people. Illustrate narcissistic personality traits. Their alternative motive. Is to chip away at your postive self-esteem and outlook on life. Their policy is to create self-doubt. This will lead to second questioning yourself and self-worth. Narcissist has no desire to encourage anyone. Especially people they can control. Therefore the experience(s) you endure with narcissist in life. Expect the narcissist behavior to exercise their repeat offends Noticable to their actions. The first time will be enough. To head for the hills. Whatever you do. Never go back. Here's another example. The food we digested for the first time. May taste delicious as we are chewing the food. The next morning your stomach is bubbling. Your making more trips to the bathroom than usual. It's apparent. That big juicy medium rare steak. You ate last night. Mostly likely had Ebola parasites inside that steak. The lesson here is. You will be making no more reservation at that restaurant. None of us are defind by. The names we are called or the bad and nasty words. That people use to describe you. What we do have in common is. We are all human beings. With different ideas about life. We all have the right to choose. How to live our own life. And not let someone dicitate. What you should do with your life. Tap into what your passion about. And keep going forth. As long as you have breathe. You got a life to live.
Wow, this woman is a savage! A soft, but not fragile one. Honestly, this was the most empowering episode I've ever seen. Two bad ass women that light up this world, in the same room
Roxy truly is so AMAZING, she is such a sweet human beign and, she even wished me happy birthday on IG after answering a question, I love listening to this interview over and over and everytime I learn something new, thank you
As a self-empowerment mentor who specializes in helping trauma survivors create their dream it gives me pleasure to see the support for women and self-empowerment conversations.
Thank you for the amazing interview. Can you please talk about being a strong woman and the challenges that comes with being strong? I find that some women get intimidated by my accomplishments, there is a lot of jealousy, and my circle of friends gets smaller and smaller, the fear to lose it all, etc. An interview on this topic would be so helpful. Thanks a lot.
Easy, FUCK how people view you. Be strong and stand on that. It's a balance (you get more bee's with honey). Stand ten toes down at all times and know WHO you are. If another person is intimidated by your strength, there's not a lot you can do about it. Blessings to you
People, please stop IDOL worshiping and listen to empowering women like this! Self work is not easy, but SO needed NOW! Emotional intelligence, confidence and self love will attract those who are like minded. Additionally, having differences of opinion is normal. Communicating effectively, respectfully and really listening changed my life. 4 yrs of counseling helped. 🤣🤣🥂
Sometimes those who have been beaten down *NEED* to see & hear others who are stronger illustrate ways they can employ to help themselves overcome that which drags them down. Your assertions to stop seeking that support out are lame at best, since you yourself admit you needed professional help to overcome your psychiatric shortfalls... Become your own role model... *BE THE CHANGE YOU SEEK.* It is too easy to cut others down for the very thing you also clicked on this video for... Yeah...I just called you out on your double standard... a character flaw all on it's own... Slamming those seeking guidance is a clear weakness on your part!!!
Last night and this morning, I was praying for direction and motivation to continue with my master's degree while working and still trying to manage staying healthy and this popped up in my recommendations!! This interview was so LOUD!! So so grateful for this🙏🏼🙏🏾
I'm so grateful for this channel and the empowered conversation that happen here... And the best part is that these women don't force their confidence or positivety on you, it's an encouraging environment for everyone to grow ❤️
Dang...i sit here almost crying. I see myself in the Story Roxy just told --about having an 8pack, getting ill and then one Day waking up and realising not living ones potential anymore. I did try shortcuts, I come from weight lifting, i should have known better. ... i know i have to approach it for the long run, i will! Everything I ever wanted,I manifested myself...I got this! Thank you so much for not being all sweet and sugary, i needed that! greetings from Germany!
I needed to hear this! I feel into a depression for about a month and I’m done giving into it. I’m putting back the energy to invest in myself and becoming the version of her I want to be. ❤
Roxy, I could see where you were going as you were asking the multiple layers of "why" questions. Awesome! Lisa, I cheer you on to rest in that moment again and go deeper. There is a huge breakthrough on the other side. Great stuff!
Oh god. I needed this sooooooo much. Roxy is my role model and inspiration. Rocksolid empowering.. will literally be watching this video everyday, my both conscious and subconscious mind need to hear these words every damn day. Women of impact is one of the most amazing channel on youtube and I'm extremely grateful to Lisa for being the fireball she is. Thankyou. Thankyou. Thankyou. 🐘
Yes Yes Yes! More content like this. Women supporting women, self love, self confidence and building each other up is what I am all about! Keep up the great content!
I feel so exposed and called out , slapped myself with a journal and I am going to fight for myself ! SWITCHING IT TO I TRIED , I GAVE MY ALL ... and that's good enough
I had a problem dealing with people who criticize others, and me. While watching this video on self rejecting, or deceiving yourself it was a real challenge for me. It was super difficult for me, and you know what. The person who criticized me, or correct me they have no idea criticizing others for their grammar. I actually deserve better because I educate myself on grammar than someone correcting me. It sounds as if someone is struggling with being criticized. They don’t deserve to criticize others the way they treat me. Also they had no idea they hurt my feelings. The person doesn’t deserve to be on social media, and criticize other people anymore.
Lisa you are a bad ass person with a awesome charter.i am a empath that struggles in so many ways and your video helps so much.sometimes it has me in tears.i am the lost child who grew up with narcissist and im trying to find myself and its so hard.if you can remend any books that can help

I have never been confident! I've been made fun of my whole life I was in abusive relationships that always put me down and now that I'm turning 30 I am trying to work on this.. thank you for this video❤
This might seem condescending but you can change your thoughts. For to long a time I lacked confidence and a feeling of worthlessness. Had some horrible thing happened to me the last 10-15 years. I try and watch motivational content like stoicism here on YT. A 10-15 min. vid can change your thinking and Remember that you are in charge. If you start to think negative thoughts fight them and change your mindset.
As for being made fun of instead of getting defensive say to the person about the other faults they forgot to tell you.
Growing up I got a lot of racial abuse and I used to lash out. Now I just choose not to get offended. It can still hurt but I try not to care what people say A year ago someone was saying some really horrible racist stuff online instead of attacking the person I told him how it made me feel and how it was like when growing up. He was angry because most of his family had lost their jobs due to immigrants. we started to have a good interaction and He actually apologised.
I can still get triggered and have doubts about myself but I am trying.
Give this a look Sara and take care.

You are so right. Words are powerful and can create whatever you say, good or bad.
I am still dealing with all the insults, from Narcissists in my life, I do take life punches, with composure, but dealing with rejection, from others, is deeply rooted,
It’s hard, but like a skill the more you practice the better it becomes
@@JiaFit Thank you
@@JiaFit When your whole life is being told, how worthless and stupid you are , I seem to pick partners the exact same way, even though, I know I am a kind, strong and loyal person, I still hear those insults that I have heard since a very little girl, I suppose they’re scars, but I want respect, integrity and loyalty back.

TIPS:
Oh gosh I'm right there with you. Thinking about resigning. Actually I have made a decision. Hold on and find peace.

It's absolutely ok not to be perfect. You are a work in progress. Stay open to change and keep taking the steps towards a better you

This was my FAVORITE episode of Women of Impact so far. It speaks so much to where I am in my journey and has so many nuggets for how to continue on the path! Yaaaaassss queen. How do I become a part of this bad ass non-toxic tribe of women!?
You are already!!! 💪🙌😘
Same!!! Amazing energy & so authentic...I LOVE women like this. We need more of this in our 🌎.

Two beautiful intelligent women having an intellectual and inspiring conversation should have been the title
😊❤️
“Confidence doesn’t take a period. It has a comma,” ...THAT was amazing. Roxy’s message speaks to me. I admire women who are unapologetically exactly who they are meant to be. Lisa, thank you for bringing us this fantastic woman to inspire to get in touch with who we really are....and be a general BAD ASS!
Boom!!! So glad you enjoyed this episode 🙌❤️💪

I have told my self this year that there is NO OPTION on the idea of 'giving up'.
I LOVE these questions you were being posed Lisa :) will need to go back through them and write those down in my journal and give thought to them.

I am so glad I came across this, I have struggled with my self esteem and my confidence for a long time but I have gotten so much better at this. It’s still a working progress. I am learning to be kinder to myself and speaking better and appreciating myself much more just for being here 😇👍🏾❤️🙏🏾🧚🏽♀️
That is progress. And you are moving in the right direction 👏
Yes that’s for sure, many thanks 😊
Me too I love this making me learn about myself
The importance of self awareness is key. Love the content ladies . Even in military we have to remind each other “self care is health care”
I’m 54, and fekking LOVE this interview!
Wish to God I could have seen it 35 years ago!
But I’ve got it now. 🏆
Just brilliant.
I used to be super confident, but had it knocked out of me over the years by life throwing such massive blows at me (cancer, then diagnosed with ADHD (chemo massively exacerbated the symptoms I worked hard to mask/overcompensate for over the years), losing three jobs in a row (cos of rampant ADHD!) and my parent’s both falling ill and dying
But it did NOT break me.
I was on the mat for a while, but I don’t wallow.
Bending myself to other people’s shape makes me an awkward and an invisible shadow of myself.
Even I don’t like that version of me.
I LOVE the powerhouse version of me.
Working on letting HER back out after many years!
Way to go!!! Way to not let yourself be stopped by life!

I used to think working hard would mean I achieve success. I think now this video has made me realized that you have to put hard work into yourself to achieve your goals. You cannot take yourself out of the equation. This video was so important and helpful, thank you!
Wow amazing take away!! So glad you found this helpful ❤️
I was one who lived for a while as a people pleaser on auto pilot, always one who worked hard and with integrity. However, without that I felt empty. Now I realise self care is essential, otherwise I am no good to myself or anyone else.
Absolutely! You got it. This is what I teach my mentees.
I enjoyed it. It's so empowering, I feel a rush of energy. Key words repetition, consistency
It is the deepest manifestation of self LOVE there is!!!_ Who cares if "they" throw a shitfit about it??? ...THAT PROVES they cannot stand you not giving all that to THEM- *SEE IT FOR WHAT IT IS!!!*
Pat Benatar sang about it: _Hit me with your Best Shot!!!_ ....Because I will smack it down without missing a beat!!! Love literally IS _a battlefield_ ...the question is "Do you respect yourself ENOUGH to show some TO YOURSELF???"💜
I really needed this. You girls made me cry!! It is really hard to get yourself up!! 🥺 I have to see this video AGAIN .
Not just self love......but everlasting love for which there's no end.

Emotional intelligence, confidence and self-love... loved that

Lisa! Your interview’s have always been great but these most recent interviews are killing it!!! Loving these sooo much! 💙💙💙
