    I've been incorporating these exercises into my routine for the past two months, three times a week, right after my gym workouts. The results have been nothing short of astonishing. I was surprised to discover how limited my mobility was before starting these drills. Now, I feel like I move with so much more ease and freedom. My posture has noticeably improved, and I've even noticed a significant difference in my lifts at the gym, especially with squats. They just feel so much smoother and more controlled now. I believe it's because these drills have really helped improve the mobility in my hips. It's been amazing to see and feel the difference. Thank you so much.

      Amazing to hear that you have implemented these mobility exercises into your routine and feeling the benefits. I do a variety of mobility exercises daily in the morning and I love it, so does my body haha

    Would you consider making a longer follow along mobility routine (e.g. 15m/20m follow along)? I find these really helpful but struggle to do them at the same pace and by the time I get into one stretch the next exercise has started!

    This is really great. I always worked on my shoulder and upper body..but these stretches really helped me with my fatigue and back

    Good range of exercises. I do a variation of these, plus swimming.

    How many reps for the different exercise?

      Around 6/8 reps, slow and controlled
      If you want to do more that is welcomed
