    Great material! At the age of 70 I am revamping my game (to the best of my ability). The pronation kick serve is on the agenda but seems a daunting challenge. Your material is most helpful. Thanking you.

    Wish youtube had a mirror feature both right handers and left handers have equal access to great videos like this

    Very good video, and great to see a left hander demonstrate the technique - rather than having to “mirror” a right handed player/coach!! 😊

    Thank you for the five drills to pronation. I will work on these to get a better feel and understanding of how pronation feels.
    I really appreciate you emphasizing being relaxed and holding the racquets with a relaxed hand.

    Fantastic drills, especially like catching ball, easy to do at home to develop proper finish. I believe it will be a game changer for my lame racket drop as well. I have a great shadow swing but when I introduce the ball very little racket drop as I served wrong way way too long, as a result I have to break bad muscle memory. I have loose grip and racket still wants to go straight to the ball with very little drop. If I can get arm to drop when doing the catching ball drill I believe it is a game changer. Would love to see a video on the racket drop.

    Awesome. I'm gonna try this out. I lead with edge well and pronate into contact but my brain went let me pronate felly😭 I have good pop on my serve...do you think I'm losing power but not following thru the pronation fully?? Thanks for the great video!

    Pronation is not necessary for a powerful tennis serve. So why spend so much time trying to pronate? I'll give you a hint: learn about the neutral wrist.

    • @Tenniswithdylan
      @Tenniswithdylan  9 місяців тому +1

      It’s part of the service motion, people get often told to snap their wrist which is a am very much against. Trying to provide useful exercises so people do not get false info
