A great vid guys. Nice routine all in one place. BUT Still waiting for another vid on the serve - how to sync all the numerous elements, how to sequence for max power & control on contact, how to keep it smooth and consistent. Would love your ideas on that topic (platform stance ;-0 )........ keep up the great work!!
Thank you for this video, I was looking for a great warmup before I played, and this was exactly what I wanted! I'm now doing this everyday before I play!! Thank you!!!
Great video! I have been looking to add more dynamic stretches and band's to my warm-up. I'm going to try these out. What brand band are you using, or a link to it?
Thanks. Another informative video and entertaining presentation. Players might benefit from warming up their forearms directly, in addition to the bandwork you show. Also would be nice to see something on hand health and how to "cool down" after matches or heavy practice. Finally, will I be able to do your Djokovic-level split from just this routine, without static stretches? Djokovic may do static stretches because he cares more about range of motion than the small loss of strength? Or the loss of strength is so temporary it doesn't matter?
Warmup ?! More like an entire workout for me 😂

I am not here because I believe that I can max my potential or to apply the law of success. I am here because I want to see how Djokovic warms up.
Great video! I have been looking to add more dynamic stretches and band's to my warm-up. I'm going to try these out. What brand band are you using, or a link to it?

Um, I hate to break it too you. But it’s not pronounced Djokovic with a c. It’s pronounced Djokovich with a ch sound. Great vid btw
broken link to cheat sheet, is it possible to fix? thanks :)
Why warm up first before stretch? Isn't Stretch warmup then stretch?
if i dont have those bands what warmup can i switch it with instead?
Hey guys ! What difference do you make between dynamic stretching and ballistic ? I'd say it's the same. Ballistic is dynamic.
Nice intro 😅lol😂
Pause at the 2 second mark for extra fierceness
