They communicate things better to you through their own sense of language. Cats are just sort of … there. Yeah they cuddle from time to time but then if they are done with you they bruise you with their little claws. To me they are very hypocritical animals. LOL!! 🤣 Dogs are loyal and fun.

I recently got a puppy for that exact reason! My depression started to get really bad and I truly felt that if I had another life to be responsible for that I would take better care of myself and have a routine and just be held accountable and honestly it was the best thing I've ever done. While yes he's going through his horrible teenage phase right now I know that I am so much better off because of him!

Im a 200% cat person, had tons through out my life at one point we had 18 cats i believe, now only 5. (I live on a farm btw) and when the mother cat wouldnt be able to feed the kittens or left, tiny me would feed them with a little bottle and fake milk every 2 hours and ahhh i just love cats
If I feel sad I actually feel better when listening to sad music. It allows me to be sad, to let bad emotions out and it kind of comforts me. But if I'm a little bummed out about something or if I had a bad day, then I definitely recommend happy and uplifting music

Great video! This year has been extremely hard for me, and I had to reinvent myself. I realized I also do many things that are just normal to me but extremely uncommon to others. For example: waking up at 4am every day, also meditating, journaling, meal prepping, listening to affirmations, listen to audiobooks while I drive, and many other healthy habits. I should make a video like this too. Thanks for sharing your habits 😊
honestly tho this video is so underrated! I’m 14 and I have an everyday job so finding time to have a healthy routine has always been in my mind as impossible but you’ve completely flipped my mindset!
