At the end of last year a guy that I really loved broke my heart. And it hurt me so fucking bad that I'm seeing a therapist right now. I really loved him with all my heart and I still got feelings... Right now I'm trying to "move on", which is easier said than done. My husband and I knew instantly that we were the ones for each other. We spend every weekend staying together for the first month of knowing each other. We moved in together permanently after two months of knowing each other. We have 4 kiddos now and we're still completely smitten with each other! I can't imagine my life with any other one. Moving in together at an early stage in your relationship can honestly be a hit or miss. For me and my partner it was the best decision we could have made. we learnt so much more about each other in such a shirt amount of time that it made our relationship so much stronger. We matured as a couple so much early than most therefore I wouldn't change a thing. 6 months after being together at the age of 16 I moved in with my partner ( young, I know and crazy, I know) and I honestly can say it was the best decision we had made for us, we just knew we were meant to be together. on our 7th year together now at the age of 23 and we are so strong. brought our first home at 21 and have two little fur babies and couldn't be happier. I feel like we got such a head start on life because we found each other and knew what we wanted in our relationship so early in life 😊 good luck to you and your man! you two look like a great couple xx

It is not about the particular product (be it Tropeaka or whatever), you need to decide what you want to take, and you can easily find it on Amazon.de (I live in Germany too, and I buy all of my protein powders on Amazon). There are a lot of bio alternatives, and for the mixtures, you can even mix it yourself (example: macha powder and mixed greens powder, cocoa and kurkuma or whatever). Do not focus on certain products. I am not saying that those are not good, but not having them does not stop you from being healthy :) Cheers!

I love this so much! I will definitely be trying these out and I just wanted to say one thing. Ever since i've started to be healthy I've slept better, ate better and it has really improved my whole life. My grades have shot up from C's to A's and I have so much motivation. I look a lot better. My under eye bags have reduced massively (they never will completely go it's genetic) and just from being healthy I have become much more of a positive person without even thinking about it. So for anyone considering going healthy (you all should) please do it will change your life I promise. xx

friendly little tip for eating raw eggs to still avoid risk of salmonella: if you buy cartons of egg whites, it's safer and can be consumed without cooking. because it's already pasturized, it's already been brought to a heated temp, therefore eliminating any bacteria! it might be different in Aussie, but in the US i personally would avoid eating raw egg :) love your vids, as always, and love watching your channel grow! xx

You know, do what best for you, even if it's out of the ordinary. I met my (now husband) when I was 18 and still in high school. We dated for only a couple months before moving in together. After 6 years together, we got engaged and I moved 2 hours away for uni. We got married after 8 years of dating and just celebrated our 10 year dating anniversary. The point is, there's no "right way" to do things. If it feels right, do it! Your right may not be my right, but that doesn't mean it's wrong. I wish you all the best in your living/dating situation. Sez, you should put a list of all the background songs you use in your vlogs in the description! I always love them and sometimes the specific remix is really difficult to find. Seriously though, thank you for just being you and sharing it with us. I've been watching your videos since...right around when you started dating Kurt actually! And they always make my day.
Just start eating small portions in the morning and you'll eventually get used to it. I was used to not eating breakfast at all, I'd get sick even thinking about it. . But I thought it through after finding Sarah's vlogs, why it is good for you etc. (such as that it starts your metabolism in the morning and thus prevents accumulation of fat in your body) and started out with smaller meals, then bigger ones and now I can't start my day without a healthy breakfast (usually oatmeal with protein powder and fruit). :) If you think about it, your body needs fuel before a workout and after you've woken up, you're out of fuel (last time you ate was 8+ hours ago). =)
Isabella Cook WAIT she's smart and amazing and I love her BUT if you want to get strong you MUST eat before a workout. their is something called protein balance and when you wake up after fasting all night you are in a negative protein balance and will BREAK DOWN muscle. now, fasted cardio is different as it will help with weight loss but doing strength training on an empty belly will actually slow your gainz! :P

My boyfriend and I moved in together after dating for roughly 7 months, and we've lived together for over 2 years now! It's honestly the best way to get to know someone and to see if the relationship will last long term. You learn all the little things that make them special and it's the best decision I've ever made!!
I wasn't in exactly the same position as you when I moved in with my boyfriend, we had been together for 2 years but most people in our lives were very discouraging because we were 19. Everyone was saying we were too young, but somehow we just knew that it was the right step in our relationship. We have basically been living happily ever after for a year now, and it was hands down the best decision I've ever made. My tip is to seriously talk with each other about breaking up. In my opinion, it is just stupid to get a full lease with someone without discussing what would happen if you broke up. For us, it was very necessary to have a break up plan because neither of us could afford the rent without the other. I think that these kind of conversations can be really scary to some people, but it's not a sign that there's something wrong in your relationship, it's a sign that you are getting more serious with your partner and that you are being rational and mature about your decisions.

I have stomach problems for years. I deal with a lot of acid reflux, random acne problems (not hormonal acne, I suspect that it is allergy related acne) and I recently found out that it could be the food intolerances or food allergies that is causing me to have health problems. Any suggestions for stomach sensitivity and how to narrow down to certain food intolerances? and which of the powders you like the best and helps with stomach and digestion the most? It is not about the particular product (be it Tropeaka or whatever), you need to decide what you want to take, and you can easily find it on Amazon.de (I live in Germany too, and I buy all of my protein powders on Amazon). There are a lot of bio alternatives, and for the mixtures, you can even mix it yourself (example: macha powder and mixed greens powder, cocoa and kurkuma or whatever). Do not focus on certain products. I am not saying that those are not good, but not having them does not stop you from being healthy :) Cheers!

I love this so much! I will definitely be trying these out and I just wanted to say one thing. Ever since i've started to be healthy I've slept better, ate better and it has really improved my whole life. My grades have shot up from C's to A's and I have so much motivation. I look a lot better. My under eye bags have reduced massively (they never will completely go it's genetic) and just from being healthy I have become much more of a positive person without even thinking about it. So for anyone considering going healthy (you all should) please do it will change your life I promise. xx

friendly little tip for eating raw eggs to still avoid risk of salmonella: if you buy cartons of egg whites, it's safer and can be consumed without cooking. because it's already pasturized, it's already been brought to a heated temp, therefore eliminating any bacteria! it might be different in Aussie, but in the US i personally would avoid eating raw egg :) love your vids, as always, and love watching your channel grow! xx

I met my (now husband) when I was 18 and still in high school. We dated for only a couple months before moving in together. After 6 years together, we got engaged and I moved 2 hours away for uni. We got married after 8 years of dating and just celebrated our 10 year dating anniversary.
The point is, there's no "right way" to do things. If it feels right, do it! Your right may not be my right, but that doesn't mean it's wrong.

I have a question!! Do you eat anything before your morning workout? I feel like I need to eat something before I workout but it is so early
Just start eating small portions in the morning and you'll eventually get used to it. I was used to not eating breakfast at all, I'd get sick even thinking about it. .
But I thought it through after finding Sarah's vlogs, why it is good for you etc. (such as that it starts your metabolism in the morning and thus prevents accumulation of fat in your body) and started out with smaller meals, then bigger ones and now I can't start my day without a healthy breakfast (usually oatmeal with protein powder and fruit). :)
If you think about it, your body needs fuel before a workout and after you've woken up, you're out of fuel (last time you ate was 8+ hours ago). =)
Isabella Cook WAIT she's smart and amazing and I love her BUT if you want to get strong you MUST eat before a workout. their is something called protein balance and when you wake up after fasting all night you are in a negative protein balance and will BREAK DOWN muscle. now, fasted cardio is different as it will help with weight loss but doing strength training on an empty belly will actually slow your gainz! :P

I wasn't in exactly the same position as you when I moved in with my boyfriend, we had been together for 2 years but most people in our lives were very discouraging because we were 19. Everyone was saying we were too young, but somehow we just knew that it was the right step in our relationship. We have basically been living happily ever after for a year now, and it was hands down the best decision I've ever made. My tip is to seriously talk with each other about breaking up. In my opinion, it is just stupid to get a full lease with someone without discussing what would happen if you broke up. For us, it was very necessary to have a break up plan because neither of us could afford the rent without the other. I think that these kind of conversations can be really scary to some people, but it's not a sign that there's something wrong in your relationship, it's a sign that you are getting more serious with your partner and that you are being rational and mature about your decisions.

I've been watching your videos for about a year and it all started when I came across your hormone imbalance one and it explained all the issues I had been having and the next week after researching I made a doctors appointment and found out I had PCOS. My diet and life has changed a lot and I thank you for that. If it wasn't for coming across that video I wouldn't have figured out what was going on. There's a lot I still want to improve on and eating right and being active is top on the list and your videos always encourage me! Keep up the hard work.

I have stomach problems for years. I deal with a lot of acid reflux, random acne problems (not hormonal acne, I suspect that it is allergy related acne) and I recently found out that it could be the food intolerances or food allergies that is causing me to have health problems. Any suggestions for stomach sensitivity and how to narrow down to certain food intolerances? and which of the powders you like the best and helps with stomach and digestion the most?
