You probably weren’t in shape before your pregnancy. I was and I recovered well and lost my baby weight quickly
Emily Cooney I actually was in the best shape of my life before I got pregnant 🤷🏻♀️ I kinda feel like that’s what hurt me more though because I had a hard pregnancy and had to sacrifice working out..
Emily Cooney everyone recovers differently from pregnancy. You can be in great shape before but struggle to lose weight afterwards and that’s got nothing to do with how healthy you are. It’s literally just your body and how it readjusts. You should be careful with your comments as you were being suggestive that she was overweight before she got pregnant and that’s not a very nice thing to say.

Fox is adorable!❤️ Just a heads up if you have not heard, chili can cause the little ones tummy aches. My son was and is still breastfead at 16 months and he always went crazy when i had anything spicy and it took a while until i put two and two together😭 turns out it is extremely common!

If i work as hard as you and keep fit my body can still look amazing after birth. I'm just stunned and utterly amazed at how good you look post pregnancy. WOW. Sarah you look amazing! I have 2 daughters who are 9 and 6. After my first daughter my body bounced back (super active and healthy eater) but when I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter I was in a horrific car accident and placed on complete bed rest at 4 months pregnant. Couldn’t work out, still ate healthy but 6 years later, still living with a very bad back from the car accident. Training is still so hard 😔 I wish I could look as good as you (or as I once was one day) I hate my body, I often feel disgusting. Keep slaying girl! You have such a beautiful family! Fox is perfect 💙
Just a tip. I know you love getting a coffee every morning and often you forget you reusable cup. Try to keep it in a bag or fox's pram or something you take with you everyday when you get your coffee. If that doesn't work for you leave it next to your keys so when you leave the house it's easy to grab. It's just all about getting into the habit.
Honestly, your body now is not too far off from what my current body looks like. I can't wait to see what you do to get back to your ideal build, I know it will be super helpful!

I have to admit I'm a little envious watching you breastfeed. It seems like it came so easily for you guys! Breastfeeding was such a struggle for me with both my kids. I spent hundreds of dollars on lactation consultants and eventually ended up pumping/bottle feeding after being in so much pain. I know everyone is different though and I'm so happy for you!!

I can relate with missing exercise. I have a bladder prolapse after a 5 day labor with my son so no high impact exercises for me. I've been doing a lot of pelvic floor therapy at home and I'm hoping I can get back to some of those exercises once I stop nursing my youngest. Breastfeeding causes the hormone relaxin so prolapse is more common while nursing. I believe in extended breastfeeding all the way but no intensive exercise sucks sometimes.

Kurt reminds me of my sister 😂😂 everytime a new baby is introduced into our family she’ll stand at a distance and stare with the most hilarious face of horror because “they’re... weird. They don’t do anything” 😂😂 she loves them and shows them her own version of affection but hearing Kurt talk about Fox reminded me of her 😊

Ugh I love you guys so much. Seeing the way Kurt supports you and your breastfeeding journey is so beautiful! In the US people can be so judge mental about breastfeeding and I always try to make other mothers feel comfortable and confident. I am in the process of making cards to hand to mothers when I see them out in public to encourage them and to let them know THEY ARE AMAZING.
I am in no way shaming anyone who doesn’t breastfeed. ❤️❤️❤️

I'm 8 weeks post partum and feel like I'm hungry 24/7 and I haven't been making healthy choices like I should and I knew you would come through with some good ideas for a starving nursing mom!! I'd love more videos with food ideas for nursing mom's, I have been food prepping this last week and it is essential for moms, love your videos and Fox is so cute!
