    My major goal is to drink more water too (I drink a glass of lemon water every morning and 8 glasses throughout the day) but I’ve never tried drinking hot water, definitely on my to do list now! Thanks for another informative video☺️💚

    1. working out/yoga
    2. reading a few pages
    3. checking on family & friends
    4. eating vegetable and fruit
    5. positive self-talk
    6. keep my place tidy and organised
    7. speak my mind
    8. save money
    9. do night skin-care routine
    10. be confident

    I need to work on number 9 - doing something each day that brings me joy! Life has started to feel like a big to-do list lately, so I've definitely neglected fun activities for all the other important things I have to squeeze into a day. Thank you for the reminder Aileen! :)

    Ahhh yes...the "ten minute tidy" as I like to call it. I added this to my morning routine and it TRULY was life changing. My house is so organized and much much cleaner and therefore I have less stress!

    Just started watching this video and the 1st point hit hard! I'm halfway through the day and when I asked myself "How do I wanna be nourished today?" my inner voice immediately said "I want rest", while I have been working hard today, focusing on the tasks at hand. Didn't realise I've been so disconnected with myself

    The most useful tip I got from this is to take pictures of my meals so that I can have meal ideas in the future!
    As someone who struggles with deciding what to eat 😅😅😅 this will definitely be helpful!

    agreeing so much with the coconut water. a pharmacist once told me that coconut water is high in electrolytes and to drink that instead of Gatorade or other sugary sports drinks when I'm sick or after a shot

    •workout/yoga (kpop idols workout)
    •Omad
    •use less phone
    •continue my drama
    • family time
    •self love

    My 10 daily habits
    1. Read 50 pages a day
    2. Wake up before 6:00
    3. Study 4h a day
    4. Skin care day and night
    5. No phone for the first 30 min after I wake up
    6, workout 4x a week
    7. Journaling
    8. Sleep at least 7:30h a day
    9. Praying
    10. One healthy meal a day (being intentional about my meals)

    I've tried the everyday cleaning for ten minutes habit and found out that it stresses me out a lot. Instead I try to organize/get everything back into it's place as soon as I'm done with it.

    My routine
    1) wake up 7.00 am
    2) drink warm water and some soaked dry fruits
    3) read 1.30 hour
    4) take breakfast 9.30 am
    5) then again read
    6) drink water after 1hour when I take meal
    7) eat fruits 11.30 am
    8) take shower 1 pm and lunch 2.30 pm
    9) then enjoy to see some Korean drama
    10) at 6 pm I exercise
    11) 6.30 pm take some healthy breakfast
    12) then start read and end read 9.30 pm
    13) eat dinner at 9.30 pm and drink water after 1 hour and go to bed
