Guys honestly i tried to do glow up challenge a lot of time but this is not working with me i dont know why . and finally i find this glow up planner in amazon that helped me alot . it soooooo helpful guys (link in first comment)
I've tried the everyday cleaning for ten minutes habit and found out that it stresses me out a lot. Instead I try to organize/get everything back into it's place as soon as I'm done with it.

My routine 1) wake up 7.00 am 2) drink warm water and some soaked dry fruits 3) read 1.30 hour 4) take breakfast 9.30 am 5) then again read 6) drink water after 1hour when I take meal 7) eat fruits 11.30 am 8) take shower 1 pm and lunch 2.30 pm 9) then enjoy to see some Korean drama 10) at 6 pm I exercise 11) 6.30 pm take some healthy breakfast 12) then start read and end read 9.30 pm 13) eat dinner at 9.30 pm and drink water after 1 hour and go to bed

My daily intention is to be disciplined this year in everything that I do. Be it with work, graduate school, moving my body, my habits, etc.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who prefers warm water over cold water. Even in the summer I prefer warm water.
The small habit which really big chage for a year , and I also try to move my body more often , out for evening walk and night with self reflection .
So I've done enough research, finally fixed my goal, starting on Thursday tomorrow
