    -make your bed
    -limit your phone usage
    -listen to podcast/tedtalk/something motivational
    -eat healthy
    -clean up your space/room
    -light a candle

    -at night try to journal or read a book

    For as long as I can remember I have read before bed. Even when I was little, my parents would read me a book before I went to sleep. Now I can't go to sleep without reading and it really helps me unwind and get a better nights sleep. Now I go through a book a week and it helps a lot with school work as when I have to read a book for school I can get it done quickly and effectively. If you don't already read before bed, please try and do it because you will see a massive change.

      I did this when I was 8 but now when I'm 11 I'm addicted to my phone I sit on my phone all the time no when it's winter break I sit on my phone in a day like 8 hours I know that's bad what can I do?

    At the beginning of 2017 i decided that every day i will write somthing good that happened on a slip of paper and put it in a jar. I like it because if i have a really bad day if forces me to find something positive and it reminds me how blessed I am. I have done one every day sense January 1st

    I would definitely do all of this if I had more time in the day and more money lol, I also LOVE getting up and waking up at the same time every day, I am a total morning person, but working a rotating shift, it's literally impossible and throws you off in every single way whether it be your mental health or gut health. I used to be such a positive person but these last 2 years working full time and having insane hours has really made a change in me, for the worse. I've been realizing that everything I think is pretty much negative, your videos popped on my recommended and a few of your tips are doable for me! So thank you for this video :)

    I would say another thing that helps is to have a bright room. It makes you feel happy. At least for me. Also having animals makes you feel better. And also thank you for this video to help my lifestyle!

    Thanks love for the advice!♥ You really have to start your day with a positive mindset! It can't happen overnight, but still when you get used to it you'll realize that life is so much better than living with negative thoughts~
    Our past, our mistakes don't define us, also getting hurt is not a bad thing, you can learn from it, get some experience and use it to improve yourself♥

    Kirk Douglas changed his habits in his 40's or 50's as had health problems and lived to 103, however the sooner you correct problem the better as no guarantee will live to 40. He gave up smoking and started exercising regularly.

We just launched a UA-cam channel and we are trying our best to develop good habits that will allows us to consistently create content and connect with likeminded people who want to reach their full potential and prioritise their happiness ☺️💛One thing that really helped us stick to our habits are cold showers, it's the best training for the mind!     I go to sleep every day at 21:00 o clock and its awesome i wake up for school at 6:00 am and at wekends at 7:00-8:00 and i do that my whole life
