    I got it at your points but mera confusion hai esp jab me bicep curl karta ho exhale karunga muscle shortening me wo exhale starting of the reps me hoga yha muscle pura shortening ho jayega tab exhale hoga yha A to B process me hi exhale karunga i hope you understand please get back to me sir🙏

      Bands or weights, breathing technique would remain the same.

      Abs ko squeeze karte time saans chhodni hai aur stretch karte time saans leni hai. Same concept, jab jyada effort lage to exhale jab kam lage tab inhale.

    Yr bhai ya to aap bata nahi pa rahey ho ya mey samajh nahi pa raha_ during push movement in dumble press we inhale breath and down the dumble and push the dumble up than we exhale

      Sorry, but I didn’t get your question. There is no issue if you breathe through your mouth. That’s how you supposed to breathe during workout.

    During squats, shouldn't the opposite of what was told be followed?
    Muscle contraction = exhale
    When in squat position/ sitting position, hams are contracted = shouldn't we exhale here?

      Hello Vinod, Sitting movement in squats is your eccentric where your leg muscles stretch (muscle lengthening) so inhale. When you stand, your muscles contract(muscle shortening) hence exhale.
