In this series I’m showing how you can do all gym workouts with bands at home, and this is the seventh (7 of 7) video of this series where we are doing all Abs and Obliques gym workouts with resistance bands. @@autisticvampire2403 Workouts are ideally "full body" of workouts are meant to be "healthy". Keep it up by leveling up the weights and loads. 👍🏻

Hi Karan, You can try other pre workout options like, beetroot juice, oats, wheat bread + peanuts butter, banana, sweet potatoes etc. you don’t need to have coffee if it doesn’t suit you. 👍

Aage aap ka skinny fat hai to 10-15% ka calories deficit rakhen. High protein diet le (1.6-2.2g / kg body weight) aur regular resistance training karen. Weight gain ke liye calories surplus me rehna padega.
