I follow a lot of true crime, and I must say in a qualified way that this is a great show. Tamron Hall is clear and classy. She doesn't fall back on the cheesy, condescending, alliteration ridden commentary that many of these shows use.

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) - A federal judge has vacated the murder conviction of a Las Vegas woman who spent two decades behind bars for the death of her husband.
In an order dated Sunday, Judge Richard Boulware II wrote that Margaret Rudin, 78, is granted a conditional writ of habeas corpus, citing ineffective counsel at trial that violated her constitutional rights.
Rudin was convicted in 2001 for first-degree murder in the death of her husband, Ron Rudin.
He disappeared in 1994 and his remains were later found near Lake Mojave, while blood was found in the bedroom of their home. Rudin fled the state following an indictment but was eventually arrested in Massachusetts in 1999.
Investigators pointed to money as the motive, leading to Rudin receiving the nickname "Black Widow," though she has maintained her innocence over the years.
After 20 years of incarceration, she was released on parole from Florence McClure Correctional Center in Las Vegas in January 2020.
Under the federal order, Rudin will no longer be subject to the conditions of parole or other forms of supervision.
Attorney Greg Mullanax, who has represented Rudin through her appeals process, said he's pleased with the court's decision and hopes the Clark County District Attorney's Office does not seek to re-try the case.
"Margaret has served her complete sentence in prison and the further prosecution of Margaret Rudin accomplishes nothing," Mullanax said in a statement. "Margaret will be 79 years old in a couple of weeks and would like to live her remaining years in peace."

Why was she not granted a mistrial again?!? 🤯🧐🤔🤔🤔
With such brainless clowns for attorneys, one of them being completely strung out on drugs and clueless and sleeping in court, how could she have gotten adequate defense?
And why was the drug addict attorney not fired immediately, disbarred and sued for a malpractice?
The judge must be fired and reprimanded too for not granting the mistrial.

I don’t care that anyone disagrees with me. I also thought, for years, that Margaret did it. It wasn’t until 2016, when I stumbled upon some horrible family secrets, that I realized that my entire life had been a lie.
