  • This is a yoga workout for the whole body. It works as therapeutic yoga on the hip joint and the spine. This sequence makes the neck and the shoulders strong and flexible. It is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate practitioners.

    I have been doing Smita's 30 Min yogasana for a couple of years now, which is ideal to fit in perfectly before I go to work. Now I have added this 20Min Vinyasa Flow Yoga on alternate evenings (on top of the 30 min on every morning, which I am now hooked onto, simply because that 30Min yoga is complete in itself!). To perfect certain poses, Smita has some targeted short videos, which I find very useful indeed. Thank you so much, Smita-ji.
