Vinyasa, Mufasa - this is why I adore you.
Ah please do more of these! Whenever you say Sanskrit words I'm always curious of the meaning.
Who’s watching in 2021?! 🥰🙌🏼
Sanskrit is so welcomed when learning or practicing poses. Love that you include them.
Adriene, Thank You, so profound that I have found you and spend each morning with you. Total Gratitude here
love your videos! you inspire me to get on the mat every day, and always put a smile on my face when i get there!
This is an amazing community. You guys always help us to understand what you're talking about and care about our progress. I love your videos and am learning a lot and finding my inner peace. Love the t-shirt btw!
I love what you are doing with Yoga in the 'west' Namaste & thankyou Adrienne
Aaaaand vinyasa, vinyasa, mufasa LOL
Adrienne! Your videos and you are amazing. Thank you for helping me in my practice everyday and being a great, real and fun instructor!!
Your videos are an inspiration and truly appreciated! Yoga brings me so much, it's my daily need of stretch and strengthener, time out, to be and feels so good!
Thank you Adriene! I'm taking my first public class on Saturday and I'm so excited! I feel prepared thanks to you and your wonderful videos <3
Hey Adriene, great informational video! I would absolutely love to see more content like that exploring other types and concepts of yoga helping enrich our practices.
Thank you for sharing! Cute T-Shirt, I love your vlogs, when you share personal experiences and/or other knowledge you carry, in addition to your wonderful yoga videos!
Love this. You are so right on. Sound like my conversation with yoga friends. Now I can share this. We are probably going to use this video for our certification program. I am just an old guy who has done yoga for 45 years. These days they seem more to listen to someone with online fame than experience. You know you always make me proud to say we practiced together before your fame.
this channel is sooo helpful im currently doing the 30 days of yoga and im feeling great its awesome. also adriene is so positive and adorable and has a really nice calming voice
This is definitely a term that benefits from deeper understanding, thank you!
Thanks so much for this Adriene! I've been following your videos for a month now - before that I used to start following yoga videos on UA-cam and just find myself too bored to continue past a few minutes but you keep things fun and really help me get into the moment of my practice. I'm taking my first public class this weekend and while I'm a bit nervous that I won't be as advanced as everyone else there, I can't wait to take my practice outside of my bedroom ☺️.
Thank you so much for the video. I just finished the 30days of yoga in the month of April. Was really good. Enjoyed it very much. I can't do some of the postures but like you always say always find what is good. I can't wait to be like you. Thanks so much
Love this! Number 1 because you are wearing a shirt from 5th grade. Second, it makes so much sense. Think of the english word “movement” and how many definitions it has, and how casually, as native english speakers, we sprinkle that word throughout our conversations. Movement.... physically changing your position. Movement.... a section of music. Movement... a theme for which a number of people share support. Move..... to effect someone or something emotionally. Move... to take something from one place and put it in another. So for someone whose first language is something other than english the word move could be very confusing as well.
