  • This short video on chair yoga demonstrates an effective and easy way to relax the neck, the shoulders and the back while at your desk, at home or during your commute, with a few basic yoga asanas. This sequence of chair yoga can also be followed by the elderly and by those who have difficulty in sitting on the floor.
